China's housing construction has entered into an important transition period,the housing industry is the inevitable trend of future development.The hole orifice shear wall structure is one of the building structure of the concrete structure,Beijing Everest Green Building Technology Co.,Ltd.proposed a different from the DB11 / 1003-2013 prefabricated circular plate shear wall vertical joints structure.In order to study the seismic performance of the perforated plate with the vertical joint structure,the quasi-static test of the eight-hole orifice-plate shear wall is carried out,and the experimental results are analyzed.At the same time,combined with the practical application of the hole plate,the specific research content has the following two aspects:1.The quasi-static test of perforated plate with shear-span ratio close to 2.0 is used to study the seismic performance of perforated-plate shear wall.2.Quasi-static test of shear-span shear wall with shear-span ratio close to 1.0 is used to study the seismic performance of shear-failure perforated-plate shear wall.Based on the experience of traditional cast-in-place construction method and the construction technology of B1 # building in Beijing urban construction,the seismic performance of perforated plate with perforated orifice plate is studied and analyzed,and improvement suggestions are put forward.The experimental results show that the elastic stiffness of perforated plate with circular orifice plate can be calculated according to the actual size when the elasticity of the perforated plate shear wall structure is determined by wind and small earthquakes.The limit value of the elastic layer displacement angle of the perforated plate shear wall structure can be taken as 1/1200.Under the action of vertical pressure,the eccentric compressive bearing capacity of perforated plate with perforated orifice plate can be taken as 85% of the calculated value under the eccentric compression bearing of the existing national code.
