Stainless steel core plate structure is a new type of structural system,which can be used as load-bearing structures of beams,plates,columns,walls,etc.when stainless steel core plate structure is used as wall columns,its axial bearing capacity and horizontal seismic performance are the most important parameters when it is used as structural design.As a kind of lateral force test piece,the stainless steel core plate shear wall is composed of panel,core tube and side plate.It has the characteristics of light self weight,large rigidity and continuous bearing after buckling.At the same time,in the production process of stainless steel core plate,the copper brazing technology is used to connect the panel with the side plate and the panel with the core tube,which greatly reduces the residual stress produced in the processing of the test piece and is conducive to reducing the initial defects of the test piece.At present,the seismic performance of stainless steel core plate shear wall has not been studied.Based on the existing research results of steel plate shear wall and steel plate concrete composite shear wall,the seismic performance of stainless steel core plate shear wall is studied and analyzed.In this paper,the shear wall with stainless steel core plate is taken as the research object,and its seismic performance is studied by low cycle reciprocating load test and finite element parameter analysis.The specific tasks are as follows:(1)The research status of stainless steel materials and structures at home and abroad is summarized,and the characteristics of stainless steel materials are fully understood.To understand the research status of sandwich panel and steel plate shear wall,and to introduce the advantages of stainless steel core panel shear wall by comparing with the general steel plate shear wall.(2)Four specimens of stainless steel core plate shear wall were tested under low cycle cyclic cyclic loading.The failure mode and mechanism of stainless steel core plate shear wall were determined by the test phenomenon.Based on the hysteretic curves of four specimens,the indexes of stiffness degradation,ductility coefficient,bearing capacity degradation,displacement angle and energy dissipation capacity of each specimen are analyzed to determine whether its seismic performance is superior.(3)Using ABAQUS finite element software,the seismic performance and horizontal bearing capacity of stainless steel core plate shear wall are modeled and analyzed in three dimensions.The constitutive relationship,surface interaction,load and boundary conditions,grid division,element selection and determination of analysis steps of s304 l stainless steel in ABAQUS software model are introduced.The finite element calculation results and test results are carried out Analysis.(4)The finite element model of stainless steel core plate shear wall is parameterized axial compression ratio,panel thickness,side plate thickness,core tube wall thickness,core tube arrangement and core tube spacing,on the seismic performance and horizontal bearing capacity is explored,which will improve the basis for the structural design of stainless steel core plate in the future.
