Hongshan District Of Wuhan Research On Planning And Design Of Micro Public Space

The development of city with a lot of city construction,which will inevitably lead to the shortage of land resources.But the existing large and medium-sized parks or public space can not satisfy residents’ daily needs,and a large area of the park construction is difficult to realize.So how to fully tap the value of the remaining space to solve the dilemma in the existing basis?The planning and design of micro public space will solve the needs of the residents,which can fully play advantage,such as the micro public space cover an area of small and flexible distribution.This paper mainly research three aspects.Firstly,the theoretical basis of the micro public space is studied.Through the study of the literature review at home and abroad to understand the micro public space.And based on the the related concepts,related disciplines(including psychology,ergonomics,medical aesthetics,etc.),the relevant norms and the practical research,we will make clear the concept of the micro public space characteristics,the classification,scale,service radius,etc.Then,on the basis of above research support and related planning cases,we can research the methods and the framework of micro public space planning and design,and to find the direction for further research.Secondly,the existing problems of micro public space are studied,which mainly aimed at the current situation of Hongshan District of Wuhan City.Through a large number of field investigation and questionnaire,we will understand the existing micro public space resources in Wuhan District of Hongshan city and residential use.Then in the investigation of the premise,discusing the existing space management in Wuhan city Hongshan District from the planning layout,design,management,etc.Finally,the paper puts forward the planning and design strategy of micro public space in Hongshan District of Wuhan,aiming at the problems of Hongshan District in Wuhan.Specifically,from the planning layout,the typical design and the management of the implementation to propose strategy.The layout consider the impact of commercial land,residential land,institutions of higher learning,park green space.Then guiding the overall layout and the three kinds of micro public space layout,including public activities,recreation and community life class three categories.In the whole,increasing the number,balancing layout and meeting the residents.The typical design level selected the characteristics of four typical types of micro public space on behalf of the District of Hongshan,to explore specific space design.From the layout design to landscape elements design(including plants,landscape lighting,pavement,wheelchair accessible,rest facilities),which will also be the demonstration of late construction.In the management implementation level,through analyzing various aspects to define the specific staged construction plan implementation and management,and put forward to ensure the implementation and maintenance management.This paper is intended to solve the problem of city construction through the research on micro public space,and to meet the residents needs betterly.At the same time in the Wuhan District of Hongshan City,the micro public space planning and design will become a model and provide reference for other regions and cities.
