| With the development of our economy and the improvement of living standard,people have higher and higher requirements for road traffic.While meeting the safety and comfort of traditional roads,people also need more and more to improve the traffic environment.As a new type of pavement construction material,color asphalt(also known as color cement)can beautify the road effectively and form a beautiful landscape with the surrounding environment.Micro surface technology based on emulsified asphalt is a kind of preventive maintenance method with good performance and economic benefits,which can effectively and quickly repair pavement diseases.At present,most of the roads completed in China have entered the stage of rest maintenance,so micro surface technology has been widely used.As the key technology of micro surface,emulsified asphalt has the advantages that traditional asphalt does not have.It can be constructed under normal temperature conditions.It does not need heating during the use,and the operation mode is more convenient and more energy-saving and environmental protection.With the development and application of color asphalt in the future,it will become an inevitable trend to study the color emulsified asphalt which combines emulsification technology and color asphalt.The research on color cement is the foundation of emulsion color cement,and the key to study the color micro surface is emulsion color cement.The preparation of color cement and emulsion color cement is studied in this paper.The influence of water-based epoxy curing system on the performance of the mixture at the color micro surface is studied.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:Through reading,a large number of relevant literature and exploratory tests of color asphalt are summarized.Finally,four raw materials were selected to prepare the color cement.The influence of different kinds and different content of base oil,resin and polymer components of different content on the basic properties of color cement is studied and analyzed.The results show that the color cement increases with the increasing of resin component and the decrease of base oil component,the softening point increases,the ductility decreases and the penetration decreases.After short-term thermal oxygen aging,the conventional properties of the color cement show different degrees of deterioration.With the increase of polymer content,the penetration and ductility decrease and the softening point increases;The aging resistance of color cement is poor.The preparation technology of emulsion color cement prepared by two emulsifiers was investigated respectively.It was found that the storage stability was better when the cement temperature was 135 ℃,the soap temperature was 65 ℃,the p H value of soap was 2 and the oil-water ratio was 5.5:4.5.The better performance of color emulsion cement is when the dosage of emulsifier e is 1.6% and the modifier is 5%.When preparing color emulsion cement,the storage stability is better when the cement temperature is 140 ℃,soap temperature is 70 ℃,p H value of soap is 3 and oil-water ratio is 5.5:4.5.The performance of color emulsion cement # 2 is better when the dosage of emulsifier f is 1.8% and the modifier is 5%.In the comparison between emulsion color cement and emulsion color cement,it is found that there are advantages of emulsion color cement 1 and emulsion color cement.The paper studies the mixture at the color micro surface.Through the cohesion test,the roller rolling test and the wet wheel wear test,the water damage resistance,deformation resistance,initial setting time and open traffic time of the mixture with different water-based epoxy resin content are studied.The results show that the water-based epoxy can accelerate the demulsification of emulsion color cement,and the adhesive strength can be improved by selecting the appropriate amount of water-based epoxy.The water-based epoxy can effectively improve the rutting resistance of the micro surface mixture;The adhesion between the color cement and aggregate is improved,and the water peeling resistance of the mixture at the color micro surface is enhanced;The viscosity and strength of the color cement are improved.But the high content of the micro surface will also reduce the road performance. |
