Although Reinforced concrete structure has long been regarded as a kind of durable material,the lack of considering the factors that the effect of durability,causes different degrees of durability defect problem for reinforced concrete structure in the process of operation and maintenance.In recent years,various structural engineering accident occurred at domestic and oversea,due to the ageing problem of reinforced concrete structure,the accident that structure lost the bearing capacity occurred many times.In the concrete corrosion damage,the most severe impact is corrosion of steel,especially,when reinforced concrete structure is in a corrosive environment,the durability is hard to meet requirement.After the speeding development in China,the direction of traffic construction development focused in detection,maintenance,strengthening.Learn through looking up information,the study of reinforcement corrosion in concrete structures,mostly from the viewpoint of probability to determine whether reinforced corrosion occurs,all were qualitative and did not form the quantitative diagnosis method.This article mainly conducts the research from the following several aspects:(1)First of all,on basis of dissecting the reinforcement corrosion mechanism,for the reason and development mechanism of reinforcement corrosion conducts to analyze,to study the effect of reinforcement corrosion to the concrete structure crevice,mechanical properties and adhesive property.(2)Secondly,illustrates the adverse effect of reinforcement corrosion to concrete structure,conducts the research analysis of the real bridge,it includes T-type girder bridge,hollow slab girder bridge,concrete arch bridge,and prestressed concrete continuous girder bridges,grasp the rebar corrosion effect on the actual bridge bearing capacity and durability.And from a variety of characteristics,design requirements,and the durability of the configuration requirements,this paper analyzed the reasons of reinforcement corrosion and summarized the general rules,recommendations for further research.(3)Finally,in combination with practical data,the actual finite element analysis of simply supported girder bridge,conducted the finite element simulation for different bridge construction of corrosion degrees,analysis of dropping situation of bearing capacity under different corrosion degrees,got the general rules that bridge of bearing capacity decline with the increase of corrosion degree.(4)On the basis of the principle of reinforcement corrosion on the durability of reinforcement corrosion were analyzed,and the typical predict the service life of the bridge reinforcement corrosion,and is verified using the actual project,suggests that the durability of reinforcement corrosion analysis and the actual report in line with life,to be able to predict reaction degree of reinforcement corrosion in practical engineering.This article aimed at analysis the internal reinforcement corrosion degree detection of bearing capacity and durability for typical bridges in Yunnan province,define the effect degree that the internal reinforcement corrosion degree detection of bearing capacity and durability for typical bridges,which will help the bridge custody department to implement the concrete bridge nondestructive testing with high precision of internal defects as soon as possible,and provide basis of a detail from objective evaluation,and science custody.For the subsequent evaluation and improve the service life of the bridge,it has positive practical significance and value.
