Research On The Flowers Park Planning Basing On Rural Tourism

Basing on the theory of flowers industry in present situation,this paper pointed out that flowers industry needs urgent transformation now.Combining flowers industry,the core construction of flowers park was that leisure agriculture and rural tourism theory.Therefore,we took Xuancheng Magu mountain flowers park planning in Anhui province as an example for verifying above ideas.All results as following:(1)Rural tourism flowers park refers to the flower seedlings planted park as the foundation,give the agricultural sightseeing,leisure vacation,farming experience,outdoor and other functions.Include the industrial development planning,product construction,and landscape construction and marketing planning.Through all this formed a comprehensiveness park that have perfect function,tourism activities,landscape system and with transformation capability of agricultural industry.(2)Basing on characteristics of flowers park and rural tourism theory,seven contents were put forward to realize the construction of industry development,products,marketing strategy and landscape construction,which were foundation analysis,development goals and positioning,overall layout and zoning planning in detail,industry development and the product construction,marketing strategy,landscape construction and implementation of security measures(3)We used the theory of(1)and(2)in Xuancheng Magu mountain flower spark planning.Firstly,the theme positioning which was “leisure flowers and trees,to return to rural”was put on,then all area was divided into four function area which were comprehensive reception recreation area,seedling planting viewing area,production and processing experience area and gardenia plant viewing area,and the main tourism products were flowers nursery stock for sightseeing,theme leisure vacation and theme experience.All rational environmental capacity was 660000 people.Finnally,a new type of flowers park was formed combining with the landscape system completely and function completely,like nursery,vacation,exercise,etc.
