| Aggregate Play a major role in the Asphalt mixture,while the shape of the effect of Aggregate performance on the sets is a recognized problem can’t be avoided.Based on the current domestic to set less material shape and specification of strip shape and set material shape and angularity set no corresponding evaluation method and so on.In this paper,the through the indoor experiment,research and analysis aggregate shape and angularity.Comprehensive analysis of domestic and international method for the evaluation of aggregate shape,and according to the three-dimensional shape of the three-dimensional evaluation of the evaluation index,a three-dimensional evaluation index T.After investigation,this paper first uses industrial CT scanning,3D reconstruction and reduction of the three-dimensional shape of the material particles,while the use of ICT MagicEyes and MATLAB software through third party programming to achieve the collection of three-dimensional parameters of the collection,and then use 3D automatic scanner collection of data is a three-dimensional parameter,compared with the two research methods found that 3D scanning method is more excellent.Then through the study of American Society for testing and Materials ASTM D3398 angularity coefficient evaluation method and the characterization of improved the angularity coeffieient numerical range and finally to aggregate packing density experimental basis for the design of the orthogonal test,researches on material shape and angularity coefficient between the relationships.Experimental results show that improved the angularity coefficient IAG range expansion,angularity coefficient with set material changes in the shape of the high sensitivity;by single particle size aggregate shape and angularity coefficient relationship can get shape index in the range corresponding to the angular coefficient range,also by fitting analysis single grain diameter angularity coefficient and mixing set angularity coefficient of the material,find the size of Aggregate Angularity coefficient influence coeficient of the mixed slurry. |
