The biggest difference between the base of the compressor and the foundation is the separation of the unit and the foundation,which is easy to install and dismantle the transfer.It is a new type of compressor foundation,and it is still lack of relevant theoretical research.Based on this,the dynamic characteristics of the compressor foundation and foundation are studied by the field pressure test and the field dynamic parameter test.The dynamic calculation of the compressor foundation is carried out by establishing the calculation model and the vibration resolution.Field stress test results show that:(1)Through the analysis of the pressure of each layer,it is concluded that the pressure of all points has been fluctuating after a long period of time.It shows that the influence of vibration load tends to be stable with the passage of time.(2)Through the comparison of the maximum pressure and the static value of each layer,it is concluded that the increase of the maximum value of the pressure is not obvious,which indicates that the vibration of the compressor has little effect on the foundation of the gravel and the foundation;(3)By analyzing the pressure on the side wall,it is concluded that the lateral pressure(Y direction)parallel to the center line of the crankshaft is greater than that of the other side wall(X direction),the side pressure and pressure increment are small,the compressor The effect of the horizontal moving load tends to be stable over time;(4)Through the analysis of the pressure of each layer,the pressure of each layer changes during the vibration process,but the final pressure increment is still decreasing from top to bottom,indicating that the impact of the compressor vibration load with the depth The vibration load generated by the compressor has a great influence on the foundation and foundation of the compressor,but will eventually stabilize.Field dynamic parameter tests show that:(1)Compressor foundation vertical(Z direction)displacement is very small,probably the whole is about one-tenth of the bottom of the pry,the smaller vertical displacement of the foundation and thus lead to small deformation of the foundation,and then the base pressure and stress changes in the foundation It is shown that the effect of vibration on the foundation of the compressor is small,and it shows that the cushioning effect of the cushion in the foundation groove is obvious.(2)Compared with the time chart of the foundation and bottom,the amplitude of the bottom pry is obviously higher than that of the foundation,which indicates that the cushioning effect of the cushion in the foundation groove is obvious.Based on the dynamic calculation model of the foundation of the fixed-link compressor without foundation,the dynamic calculation model of the foundation of the fixed-connected compressor is established by the vibration-type decomposition method.Through the analysis of engineering examples,the rationality of the dynamic calculation model of the foundation of the fixed-connected compressor is verified,and the dynamic calculation model can be used to calculate the foundation of the foundation without fixed connection compressor,and the calculation results are for the basis In security.
