| The aim of the paper is to design and develop low cost, efficient linear compressors used in refrigerator on the base of optimization of primary moving-coil type linear compressor. Compared with conventional refrigerator compressors linear compressor is a new model without crank and connecting rod for the piston is driven by a linear motor, so it allows oil-free lubrication and labyrinth seal. Capacity continuous modulation by adjustment of piston top dead center and voltage amplitude enables efficient operation throughout nearly all of its operation range. This thesis focuses on a moving-coil type linear compressor for refrigerators, in which magnetic field is generated by a permanent magnet. In this case, the wires, which alternating current passes through, are in reciprocating motion, under the interaction between magnetic field and alternating current. In order to solve the problem of insufficiency of driving force of primary sample, the finite element method is introduced and the magnetic circuit is optimized. A new radial-orientation magnet model is used as the driving source and the result of changing any parameter is investigated. Eventually proper parameters are confirmed with the consideration of requirement of minitype design. The main capability of linear compressor is determined by dynamic response. The Newmark numerical integral method is adopted to calculate the mathematics model of linear compressor and to optimize the factors, such as the diameter of wire, the diameter and displacement of piston, which affect piston dynamic response, and then the capability of compressor is boosted. An effective design of support of piston, spring design and bracket of wires is created to improve the structure of primary sample, and a new moving-coil linear compressor is developed.Experimentation is an important approach to test the rationality of the design. A scientific testing system is established. Parameters such as displacement, frequency, pressure, power and backpressure and the correlative relation are obtained from the research of characteristic of the sample. The results indicate the notable improvement of capability and the validity of the optimization. In the end, the strength and weakness of the newly developed linear compressor is pointed out by comparing its performance with that of traditional rolling-reciprocating compressor,. |
