The micro pollutants in water can cause great harm to the health of the public.However,the traditional water purification process can not effectively remove these substances.With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard,the demand for drinking water is higher and higher.All these have put forward new requirements for the development of purification process.From the domestic and foreign current water treatment technology research and application situation,in addition to strengthening the traditional water treatment process,according to the characteristics of raw water,the various physical technology,chemical technology and biological technology and traditional processing technology combined with optimization into new water purification process,is the basic technical measures of water quality by micro current the purification of water pollution.In this paper,an integrated biological sedimentation tank which not only ensures the function of the flat flow sedimentation tank is not affected,but also can synchronously remove nitrogen and phosphorus,and reduce the organic load.Based on the influent pH and speed adjustment,the optimal value of pH reactor and speed,and through continuous monitoring,confirmed that the device has good processing capacity in the condition of different water temperature;the capacity of resisting impact load by clear shock load test;in addition,the use of high-throughput sequencing methods to explore the surface changes of microbial community structure in different positions and micro internal relationship between pollution degradation.The main research results are as follows:?1?impact load: rotating biological settings and changes of influent organic loading was not on the sedimentation of suspended matter pool the original removal function has a significant impact on the water;low load conditions?organic loading <0.27 g?/?m2?d??hydraulic loading<0.064 m3/?m2?d??under denitrifying bacteria and phosphorus accumulating bacteria compete for limited carbon source,improve the system of the impact load,can alleviate the shortage of system of carbon source,the phosphorus removal performance slightly increased,but the denitrification process will be inhibited;the influent organic loading increased to 0.27 g?/?m2?d?,the relative lack of nitrogen source water,the content of TOC in the effluent increased to a certain extent,but the absolute increase is not significant;the hydraulic load is less than 0.064 m3/?m2?d?,with the increase of hydraulic load,biological sedimentation tank on particles,The removal of organic components and ammonia nitrogen is relatively stable,which fully demonstrates that the integrated biological sedimentation tank has good impact load resistance.?2?the operation factors: to maintain the water temperature and pH and hydraulic load respectively at 2735? and 7 and 0.064 m3/?m2?d?under the control of simultaneous removal of biological sedimentation speed within 5 r/min helps to suspended solids,organic components,NH4+-N and TP;ammonia and TOC the average removal rate is affected by the degree of low temperature is larger,when the water temperature is below 5?,the average removal rate of ammonia nitrogen and TOC respectively under the same conditions of 2530? the average removal rate of 1.5 times and 3.2 times;alkaline environment?pH=8?for simultaneous removal of organic substances and biological sedimentation tank of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus the average removal rates were 95%,58%,85%,based on the increase or decrease of influent pH value,are not conducive to the removal of ammonia nitrogen,organic matter,total phosphorus etc..?3?the microbial community structure and pollutant degradation relevance: from the water inlet end to the outlet of the intermediate section of the disk surface,the community structure of bacteria and fungi diversity decreased,but the abundance of bacteria for the performance of turntable middle section > of the water inlet end > of the water outlet end,and the fungal richness is a water outlet end > the middle section > of the water inlet end;further studies have found that organic degradation and denitrification mainly happened in some biological sedimentation tank,efficient removal of phosphorus by coagulation sedimentation;Proteobacteria and natural LKM11 sequences of bacteria and eukaryotes accounted for more than 75% of the total and 49.7% respectively,with absolute advantage in resistance to harsh environment;the total heterotrophic bacterial population changed little along,rotifers,roaming genus along the relative abundance increases,can effectively control the water in bacteria and part of particles Organic matter concentration,in addition,the accumulation of refractory organic matter may occur at the effluent end.
