| In recent years,with the development of China’s national economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,the real estate industry is becoming more and more popular.Especially with the ever-increasing of tall buildings,environment friendly development is becoming an important issue of social development.However,the previous thermal insulation material polystyrene(PS)and polyurethane(PU)foam with badly flame retardant effect are easily burn when faced with fire,producing a large number of harmful toxic gas.Because the insulation material is not up to standard,fires occur everywhere,making people’s property suffered heavy losses and even causing death.In view of this,the fireproof performance of the expansion of perlite fireproof material comes into being.Expansion perlite is o thermal insulation,flame retardant with low smoke,cheap price and easy to get,A-class fireproof,heatproof stability,non-toxic and harmless,energy saving and many other advantages.However,existing perlite building fireproof material with brittle,long curing time,high water absorption defects.Therefore,the urgent need to develop a flame retardant,high strength,curing time is short,good water resistance,excellent thermal stability of perlite building fire protection materials.In this essay,in order to solve the above shortcomings of the current expansion of perlite building fireproof materials,the organic perlite building fireproof materials are prepared by cooperating with epoxy resin(EP)curing agent,diluent,accelerator and so on.The inorganic perlite building fireproof material are prepared by using sodium silicate as the substrate and the inorganic binder of sodium fluorosilicate as the modifier;And organic-inorganic perlite building fireproof protection materials are prepared by using the above two kinds of adhesives compounded by organic-inorganic adhesive.Firstly,the amine curing agent SG is synthesized by thiourea and decamethylenediamine as raw materials.The effect of reaction conditions on the yield of curing agent is discussed.The chemical structure is characterized by FTIR and 1H-NMR.The results show that when the reaction temperature is 140℃,the molar ratio of thiourea to decylamine is 1:1.6,the yield of curing agent SG can be up to 78.3%,and it can be characterized by low temperature and fast curing.The organic perlite building fireproof material is prepared by using the Curing agent SG synthesized as for the curing agent of the organic adhesive EP.The influence of the amount of curing agent SG on the bonding property of organic perlite building fireproof material is analyzed.The influence of different amount of curing agent SG on the mechanical properties of organic perlite building fireproof material is studied by means of bending test and compression test.The effects of different amount of curing agent SG on the flame retardancy and thermal stability of the organic epoxy type perlite building fireproof materials are studied by means of vertical combustion,thermal weight loss and muffle furnace heating.When 36 phr of curing agent SG is added,the organic perlite building fireproof material can be cured at 0.75h,which is not only conducive to construction,but also is making for resolving such question,namely the construction time is too long to occupy the site.And the compressive strength of the organic perlite building fireproof material prepared by adding 36 phr of curing agent SG can reach 1.75MPa and the flexural strength can reach 0.5MPa.The flame retardant grade can reach V-0 grade;Its thermal stability is superior and water absorption performance is better.The effect of organic thinner EP diluent on the properties of organic perlite building fireproofmaterials are discussed.The results show that when the ratio of diluent AGE and ethanol is 1:1,the compressive strength of the organic perlite building fireproof material can reach 1.77MPa,the bending strength can reach 0.55MPa,the flame retardant grade is V-0;The stable performance is good,In the muffle furnace at 400℃,the residual rate can reach 89.0%;The water absorption is excellent,the volume of water absorption of 27.30g/cm3.The contact angle can reach 67.991°.The effect of the amount of organic adhesive EP on the properties of organic perlite building fireproof materials are discussed.The properties of organic perlite building fireproof material are kept at the same time,and the expanded perlite perlite is added to the maximum extent.The results show that the compressive strength of the organic perlite building fireproof material can reach 1.50MPa and the flexural strength reaches 0.48MPa.The flame time is 8.6s,the flame retardancy reaches V-0;Muffle furnace heat-resistant temperature of 300℃;contact angle is of 57.806°and the volume of water absorption of 31.30g/cm3,which showing it has water absorption.Althought this materia overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional building fireproof material,Such as flammable,water absorption,long of curing time,there are still poor mechanical properties and low heat resistant temperature.In addition,the inorganic perlite building fireproof material is prepared by bonding the expanded perlite with inorganic binder sodium silicate.The effects of the amount of sodium fluorosilicate on the bonding properties and mechanical properties of inorganic perlite building fireproof materials are studied with sodium fluorosilicate as modifier.The results show that when the content of sodium fluorosilicate is 15%,it can not only reduce the curing time,but also enhance the compressive strength of inorganic perlite building fireproof material.The effects of the amount of sodium silicate on the flame retardancy,stability and water absorption of inorganic perlite fireproof materials are discussed.The results show that when the content of inorganic binder sodium silicate is 25%,the compressive strength of inorganic perlite building fireproof material can be up to 1.76MPa and the flexural strength can reach 0.42MPa.Muffle furnace,when the temperature reachs 700℃,inorganic perlite building fireproof materials begins to decompose and yellowish,can not be measured contact angle,demonstrating it belongs to absorbent materials.It can be seen that the inorganic perlite building fireproof material has the mechanical properties better than that of the organic perlite building fireproof material,and the stability of the inorganic perlite building fireproof material is also significantly better than that of the organic perlite building fireproof material.It can be seen that the mechanical properties of the inorganic perlite building fireproof material are better than the organic perlite building fireproof material,which overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional building fireproof material.And inorganic perlite building fireproof material thermal stability is very good,but its water absorption is too high.Finally,The effects of the ratio of the two adhesives on the properties of the fire-resistant materials of organic-inorganic perlite are studied.Study on the effect of organic adhesive and inorganic adhesive on the performance of organic-inorganic perlite fireproof materia materials.The results show that when the ratio of organic adhesive to inorganic adhesive is 1:4,the compressive strength of organic-inorganic perlite fireproof material is 1.79MPa,the flexural strength is up to 0.48MPa,the flame retardancy reaches V-0,and the stability is excellent at 400 0C.Meanwhile,contact angle is up to 65.072°.It can be seen from the comparison when the ratio of organic adhesive to inorganic adhesive is 1:4,the preparation of organic-inorganic perlite building fireproof material combines the advantages of organic perlite building fireproof material and inorganic perlite building fireproof material,which has excellent strength,good thermal stability,flame retardant,and low water absorption performance. |
