Low carbon development is the key to solve the problem of global climate change,Chinese total share of global carbon emissions is increasing year by year.Low carbon urban development is the inevitable trend of China’s future urban development.To improve urban land spatial agglomeration degrees can realize the improvement of production technology,and the production efficiency,so as to improve energy efficiency,to achieve the optimal goal of energy saving and emission reduction.Residents of low carbon travel ratio and related areas within the scope of the mixing degree of land into positive correlation,land distribution is balanced,the more likely the residents travel by foot is high,the carbon footprint of urban traffic will be less.Agglomeration degree and mixing degree between the two is a contrary direction,but there is a difference between deep interactive relationship.The traditional planning method is analyzed by means of qualitative planning.Or the model for single layer surface optimization problem,more difficult to find the most ideal scheme of low carbon.Shen Fu new city space,the author of this paper the status quo,as well as economic and social development present situation,under the goal orientation of low carbon,genetic algorithm is introduced and supported by geographical spatial system,as a whole the urban land use pattern and low-carbon direction between multiple objectives and to form ideal form of low carbon city space utilization,discusses Shen Fu low-carbon development mode in the new town,and then put forward the corresponding optimization strategy.Paper main body is divided into three parts:Firstly,the social and economic status of ShenFu new town is analyzed,and the population capacity and the scale of the land are determined.According to the situation of ShenFu new town,the ecological sensitivity and geological sensitivity of ShenFu new town are analyzed.And the ecological carrying capacity of the land,the land suitability evaluation of ShenFu new town was obtained after comprehensive superposition.The low-carbon index frame of ShenFu new town was constructed by analyzing the influence of low-carbon space driving force of ShenFu new town.Secondly,according to the problem,the analysis of the low-carbon index and the questionnaire,the pre-processing of the planning area of ShenFu new town is done by GIS,and the land unit,land suitability evaluation unit and reserved land unit attribute table are obtained.The objective function of the optimization model is constructed by maximizing the suitability of land use,maximizing the land-use compactness,Land conversion cost minimization and minimizing the travel distance,The constraint conditions of the model operation are formulated according to some rules and regulations in the urban planning,and the low-carbon space optimization model of ShenFu new city is formed.Finally,combining with the obtained low-carbon space optimization results,two representative low-carbon schemes are selected to analyze the rationality of travel distance,and the low-carbon results and feasibility of the two schemes are studied,The low carbon spatial pattern of ShenFu new town was constructed from low carbon spatial structure,low carbon transportation system,low carbon ecological water system,low carbon green space system and low carbon industry system,and put forward the supporting measures to realize low-carbon land use in ShenFu new town.A the final solution can be implement degree is higher,also more in line with the actual situation of ShenFu new town,plan second ShenFu new city’s social economy and the policy of resource requirements are relatively high,needs to form the low carbon ecological chain,and the policy tilt.The final plan to determine the implementation of a higher degree is program one,but also more in line with the actual situation of ShenFu new town,the program two need socio-economic and policy resources which is relatively high,the need to form a low-carbon eco-chain,and policy tilt.This paper starts with the spatial arrangement of land use and minimizes people’s space travel distance,and guides people to choose the way of low carbon travel,and summarizes the low-carbon spatial organization characteristics,This paper explores the analysis method of urban space low carbon problem based on genetic algorithm.This paper studies the low-carbon space of ShenFu new town and summarizes the optimization strategies of urban spatial structure,urban transportation network,green land water system and low-carbon industrial chain in order to adjust the urban development concept,the vitality of the development of urban renewal,and promote low-carbon living and production behavior,highlighting ecological background charm of the ShenFu new town.
