| The composite foundation with reinforced mixing pile is refers to the substance that firstly forming cement-soil mixing pile under the ground,secondly using the special mechanical u implant core pile in the cement-soil mixing pile,the core pile is generally concrete pile,finally the core pile(concrete pile),the cement-soil pile and the soil around the pile bear the load that transfered by superstructure together.The advantage of this kind of pile foundation is that these aspects are improved include pile top settlement,bearing performance and manufacture cost because of the core pile implanted.Although the reinforced mixing pile have a lot of advantages,it also be affected by the material property of cement soil.For example,the concrete pile in the reinforced mixing pile don’t give full paly to its function,because the brittle of the cement-soil pile in reinforced mixing pile is too abvious to damage in the initial stage of work.Expect that,some aggressive ions also have influence on the working life of reinforced mixing pile.In order to solve these problems,we incorporate rubber powder into cement soil in the mixing stage,forming rubber cement soil that was composed of water,cement,soil and rubber powder.Finally,we integrate the reinforced core pile and the rubber cement soil pile,forming the reinforced rubber mixing pile.Its appearance have a great contribution for the diversified development of the materials in reinforced mixing pile.This paper analysed the theoretical formula of reinforced rubber mixing pile on the basis of previous research and research the influence of these parameters include length ratio,area ratio and mixing amount of the rubber powder in cement soil on carrying capacity of the composite pile.Research results and conclusion as follow:(1)The paper analyse the bearing capacity calculation of the reinforced rubber mixing pile on the basis of compression stability theory and soil supporting theories.I also founded the method that can calculated the settlement of reinforced rubber mixing pile according to the modified shear displacement method.(2)The situation that load sharing,the stress of internal and externa core pile,side friction of the pile was associate with load changing are research according to ABAQUS numerical simulation.(3)The change of length ratio and area ratio of the reinforced rubber mixing pile have observe the influence that on P-S curve、pile stress and side friction of pile of the reinforced rubber mixing pile.According it,we have a conclusion that the carrying capacity of composite ground with the reinforced rubber mixing pile is increase with the two parameters increased,but there is a problem about optimal value.If the parameter more than optimal value,the influence caused by it will not obvious.(4)The carrying capacity of reinforced rubber mixing pile is much higher than it of cement-soil pile and slightly less than concrete pile through comparing them.This suggests that reinforced rubber mixing pile have reliable carrying capacity and a good fabricating cost.(5)The increase of the mixing amount of rubber powder in reinforced rubber mixing pile improve the deformability of the pile and adjust the stress ratio of internal and external core,which make the each part of the composite pile give full play to its abilit. |
