| Cement soil mixing pile has the advantages of cheap price,fast construction speed,no pollution to the environment and so on.It has been widely used in the strengthening treatment of soft foundation.Cement soil mixing pile is a kind of hidden engineering,the monitoring and analysis of pile quality is particularly important,at this stage to become the key factors affecting the quality of pile is qualitative analysis,and to quantify the degree is not high,and the pile body uniformity research is relatively small.This paper establishes the stirring load of single pile composite foundation pile process test and load test of single pile finite element model of cement soil by using finite element method,and combined with the engineering practice of soil cement mixing pile quality factors of pile length,pile strength by numerical simulation.The relationship between the bearing capacity of the pile length and the bearing capacity of single pile,the load sharing ratio of the pile in the composite foundation,the relationship between the strength of the piles and the bearing capacity of the single pile composite foundation are obtained.Then the Monte Carlo method is introduced to study the influence of the pile uniformity on the quality of cement soil mixing pile.The probability density distribution of non-uniformity of soil cement mixing piles under a variety of the single pile bearing capacity characteristic value and the longitudinal distribution of the elastic modulus of the pile body along with the length of the pile is not uniform are obtained.Results show that pile length,pile strength of cement soil are main control factors of pile quality.When the pile is reached to the bearing layer,the growth rate of the bearing capacity of single pile is slowing down.Pile body is uniformly leads to reduce the pile bearing capacity and soil cement stirring pile more uneven,low bearing force of pile with a greater probability.Finally,according to the results of previous studies,the quality evaluation system of cement soil mixing pile is developed,which is used to evaluate the quality of cement mixing pile.The system is easy to operate.The feasibility of this method is proved when the project is brought into practice.This method has the potential to be widely used in the quality assessment of cement soil mixing piles. |
