| Recently,research institutions on UAV continuously increase,and the engine of UAV also gets more and more attention.Turbine engine has been widely used in UAV with many virtues,such as high thrust-weight ratio,low fuel consumption,simple structure and lower prices.In the research process of the turbine engine,in order to reduce the experiment expenses of the engine,shorten development cycle of the engine and reduce the experiment risk of the engine,carried out the research and simulation to the modeling and control method of the engine.The purpose of this study is to develop a control system on the basis of JetCat-P400 turbine engine,establish the mathematical model through the turbojet engine,simulate the control method based on the model,and set up an electronic control system of the engine to test the accuracy of the control algorithm,thereby finished the design of the control system.Turbine engine works at low speed in the starting process,while it is difficult to get the components characteristics of compressor and turbine for engine at low speed,then the mechanism modeling of the engine starting process is difficult to expend,therefore,this thesis uses an experiment identification method to model the engine starting process.The mechanism modeling is adopted at local train process of turbine engine,which in a mature engine components method.The engine can be divided into five components included inlet,compressor,combustion chamber,turbine and tail vents through the analysis of the engine structure.Modeling every component according to the pneumatic thermodynamics relations of engine components respectively,and establishing the whole mathematical model of the engine combined with the balance equation which must be followed during the engine working.Finally get the engine parameters by the solution of the mathematical model,so as to simulate the real engine operation.The engine is divided into two parts on the research of control methods,the first is the starting process.It is the most complex process,and involves joint work of all the actuator,and easily takes place accident and causes the failure of engine starting.Refers to a large number of literature,then the control rule of turbojet engine starting process is summarized which combined with the actual starting process of the engine,simulates the rule in the mathematical model,and then the initial fuel supply strategy is determined.Finally,further complete the control rule and fuel supply strategy through the engine ground test experiments.The second is a local train process,local train process is mainly the closed loop of the engine speed,this thesis takes the improved PID controller to control the engine,finally get the expected control effect through the ground test to adjust parameters.Turbine engine electronic system design is improved on the original basis,keep the engine acquisition card,and redesign the motor driver board and control board of the engine to rapidly design the whole electronic system,and provide experiment platform for the research of engine control algorithm. |
