The construction and operation of public bicycles provide a convenient way for short-distance travel for residents of all countries in the world.It also provides a new direction for the city's green,low-carbon and intensive development.It is changing people's travel modes and lifestyles,making the community's life circle there are more possibilities.The production of shared bicycles without piles breaks the multiple problems of traditional public bicycle station layout,capacity setting and dispatch,and changes the use patterns and travel behavior of public bicycles.Therefore,this article attempts to take Nanjing Xianlin University town as a research area,college students as the research object,through the questionnaire survey data and online open source data,etc.,to explore people use bicycles' differentiating features and their influencing factors in the space with traditional pile public bicycles and pile-free companies sharing bicycles,which consider all types of public bicycle trips.The purposeful description of statistical analysis and quantitative mathematical model analysis of the selection behavior and use characteristics of public bicycles is designed to provide case basis for the overall construction and operation of public bicycles,then offer optimization suggestions for the development of green cities and public transportation cities.This article starts with the concept of public bicycles,and summarizes the current characteristics of government public bicycles and corporate shared bicycles in China.Combining with the existing literature,from the perspective of the research and development of public bicycles,this paper summarizes the exploration of public bicycles at home and abroad in the system construction,use characteristics,spatial planning layout and social economy.Overall,research at home and abroad mainly remains at the stage of public bicycles with piles,focusing on analysis of the impact of site construction,built environment,roads and service facilities,and weather,gender,etc.There is no comparative comprehensive analysis of shared bicycles without piles.Therefore,this article considers the characteristics of the two types of public bicycles as a whole,which has important implications for the coordinated development of public bicycles in the future and the link between public bicycles and other public transportation.In the empirical part,this paper selected colleges and universities in Nanjing Xianlin University town,which are allowed to share bicycles,as the survey object.The questionnaire involved four parts:bicycle selection behavior,bicycle use,evaluation and suggestions,and personal attributes.Through the statistical analysis of the areas of public bicycle trips,types of borrowing and returning points,trip destinations,travel route choices,travel time,etc.,combining with the campus space characteristics and Baidu POI about traffic and service facilities in the university town,to select related travel factors,spatial factors and personal factors as the influencing variables.Then use the regression models to analyze the influencing factors of the trip area,trip destination and travel time.The research shows that corporate shared bicycles are mainly choice of university students,and space and time of travel will influence each other.The purpose and travel time of public bicycles in different travel regions are quite different.At the university level,the scale and layout of the campus are the major spatial influencing factors;and at the university town level,the layout of subway stations and commercial service facilities are the main factors.The personal factors affecting college students' public bicycle travel are mainly the frequency of use of individual bicycles,grades,and whether parents are local.Finally,based on the previous text study summaries,suggestions are made.In terms of space,it is recommended to optimize campus layout and promote the integration of campus and university town life;coordinate all types of public transportation and form a comprehensive and convenient public transportation network;and rationally allocate service facilities to improve the quality of students' learning and living space.In the aspect of public bicycle system construction,it is suggested that a reasonable number of public bicycles be accurately placed in conjunction with the characteristics of universities;then strengthen the management of public bicycles and increase the high-frequency groups.At the same time,improve the design of public bicycles and enhance the sense of experience and satisfaction of users.
