As a novel energy harvesting device,the triboelectric generator has excellent performance such as high efficiency,low cost,and diverse structure.It has broad application prospects in environmental energy collection,self-powered micro-nano systems,wearable devices,and distributed smart systems.In this dissertation,a flexible wearable triboelectric generator based on PAAm-LiCl hydrogel electrode was prepared,and a series of work was done on PAAm-LiCl hydrogel flexible electrode,mechanical energy harvesting and smart sensing.A single-electrode triboelectric generator was constructed.The mechanical energy generated through the human body movement was collected,a non-contact triboelectric generator was constructed,and the relationship between the output performance and the proximity distance was explored,a tactile sensor was constructed,and contact and non-contact tactile senor were tested.We made a flexible wearable triboelectric generator by molding process.The electrode was made of PAAm-LiCl hydrogel,and the friction layer was made of Ecoflex 00-30 silicone rubber film.The prepared PAAm-LiCl hydrogel electrode can withstand deformation of 231%with a resistivity of 26.5 ?.cm.The triboelectric generator can withstand some deformation without damaging its performance.When the area of hydrogel electrode accounts for 70%,the open circuit voltage of the generator can reach to 117 V,the short-circuit current can reach to 1 ?A,the average power can be 10 ?W under a load of 160 M?.In addition,the device still has excellent output in non-contact mode.When the nearest distance between two parallel electrodes is 1mm,the open circuit voltage is 67 V,and the short circuit current is about 500 nA.At the same time,when we explore the relationship between the output performance and the nearest distance,we find when the distance is very small(about 0-2.5 mm),the voltage output of the non-contact triboelectric generator is inversely proportional to the closest approach distance between the two friction layers.In addition,we have fabricated a tactile sensor based on the array electrode pattern.All electrodes are arranged in an array with independent channels and share a silicone film friction layer.The device not only supports multi-touch detection,but also can be applied to non-contact tactile sensing.Besides,it can monitor the motion of an object in a two-dimensional plane in the non-contact mode.
