Biomass is the solid form of solar energy stored within the plant through photosynthesis,including agroforestry wastes,aquatic plants,oil plants,and urban industrial organic waste.The biomass pellet made of rods,blocky shape after crushing,drying,mixing and extrusion process of the raw materials,with the advantage of larger density,small volume,easy to store and so on.Pellet ignition technology is the key to the development of biomass stoves,existing stoves ignition for a long time,ignition success rate and other issues,restricted the promotion of the progress of biomass boiler.This article focuses on the influence of hot air heating pellet fire.First of all,by pyrolysis of biomass powder,compared the biomass weightlessness law under different heating rates,while test the effects of different oxygen concentrations on biomass thermochemical reactions;secondly,study the effects of different parameters on the hot air to the ignition time and location of the fire of wood,cotton stalk,corn stalk particle in particle ignition experiments,get that firewood fire minimal difficulty,the largest cotton stalks;research the temperature changes of cotton stalk particle under hot air by using infrared thermometer;Finally,according to the law of a single particle of fire,combined with stoves,proposed step-ignition scheme,based on the original stoves add a single biomass pellet ignition tube,make some particle ignition in hot air way,then into the chamber of a stove or furnace as heat source in the stove.Provide the data basis for the design of ignition tube by the hot pellet heating law,to determine the optimal values of the parameters hot tube ignition application of ignition.Combine the ignition tube and stoves to make stoves ignition success rate to 100%,the ignition time is shortened to 8~12min,solve the problems of traditional biomass pellet stoves ignition.
