Modern ships are mostly the aggregation of electronic information technology,In the process of operation,all precision instruments and electronic equipment need to be in a safe and stable environment.Therefore,the safety of the shipborne equipment is the key guarantee to maintain the anti shock ability of the ship and its continuous operational capability.The buffer platform can guarantee the normal work of shipboard equipment and before put into use,shipboard equipment must be tested by impact test or impact calculation.The impact platform is an important tool for assessment of impact test at home and abroad.In this paper,the multi degree of freedom buffer platform and the impact platform which can be used to assess the punching performance are designed,and both theoretical analysis and experimental research are carried out.Firstly,the paper introduces the development of the buffering platform and the impact platform at home and abroad and the research status of the corresponding theories.According to the design difficulties and design requirements referring to the American MIL-S-901 D standard of the buffer platform and the impact platform,the structure scheme of the buffer platform and the impact platform are put forward.According to the structure requirements of the multi degree of freedom buffer platform,the buffer platform structure with the air spring as the buffer element and the steel structure frame as the main body is put forward.On this basis,the vibration model of the system is given,and a finite element model is established to verify the rationality of the structure design.The impact environment of buffer platform is studied.According to the propagation characteristics of shock wave and the characteristics of bubble rupture,the influence of seabed reflection wave on impact environment of impact platform is analyzed.According to the requirement that the impact platform needs to meet the installation frequency of different test equipment,the modal of deck simulator is analyzed,and the similarities and differences between deck simulator and inner floor impact environment are analyzed through simulation,which verifies the rationality of deck simulator design.The structure forms of two kinds of impact platforms are put forward,and a reasonable structural form is obtained through simulation and analysis.The roof of the impact platform is designed,and the strength of the top cover is met by the simulation analysis.The finite element model of impact platform is established,and modal analysis and underwater impact simulation analysis are carried out.The impact response of the bottom plate of the impact platform is obtained,and the acceleration response curve and shock spectrum are extracted,which verify the correctness of the design.Finally,in order to verify the cushioning performance of the buffer platform and the impact environment of the impact platform,a test platform is built,and the test plan,platform location plan,blasting source location plan and blasting implementation plan are worked out.The test data of the platform and the bottom plate of the impact platform were extracted,and the numerical value and impact test data were compared.The rationality of the design of the buffer platform and the impact platform and the correctness of the impact test plan were verified.
