Spacecraft often suffer from pyroshock environment during missions.The impact environment is the most severe mechnicals environment when the spacecraft separates from launch vehicle.The impact environment generally will not destroy the main structure of spacecraft,but will affect the life of precision instruments and equipment in the structure of spacecraft.At present,there is no mature and effective method to accurately predict pyroshock response,so spacecraft designers can only test the performance of products by means of experiments.Based on the light-gas gun,this paper designs an experimental device to simulate explosive shock.The principle of the device is that the cylindrical bullet fired by the light-gas gun at high speed acts on the resonant rod,thus arousing the resonant response of the resonant rod,so as to simulate the oscillatory attenuation wave produced by explosive shock.In the field of aerospace engineering,shock response spectrum is usually used to describe the severity of the impact environment.Therefore,a shock response spectrum test system is designed and studied in depth.Firstly,the overall design of impact test platform is introduced,including the design of excitation device,resonance device and test system.At the same time,the finite element software LS-DYNA is used to simulate and analyze the impact environment.By modifying the design variables in the simulation model,the influence law of each design variable on the impact environment is summarized.Therefore,the arbitrary impact environment can be simulated by adjusting the design variables of the device.Finally,the validity of finite element simulation analysis is verified by means of experiment.The results of experiment are consistent with those of simulation analysis.The feasibility of the impact test platform based on light-gas gun is verified by the combination of experiment and numerical simulation.The outstanding advantage of this device is that it can simulate high-level impact,convenient and fast.At the same time,the repeatability of loading is good,and it can simulate the explosive environment more truthfully.
