Constantly develop the social market economy,a variety of new technologies to promote the development of the automotive industry,with the people’s living standards have made great progress to the car as a means of transport features to bring great convenience to people’s lives.Driving skill has become a basic requirements,which prompts the driver training market demands growing exuberant.In the road driving subjects three practical tests,there are a number of vehicle management practitioners driving license practice test process,and not strictly in accordance with the driving test comprehensive application platform requires the results of the randomly assigned exam candidates for examination.The modification of the examination results through artificially manipulated black boxes was mainly due to a series of cheating behaviors caused by the lack of comprehensive monitoring during the examinations and the absence of a search-back mechanism.The examination system collects missing data or inaccurate data during the examination process.At the same time,the process of summarizing the test system data to the integrated application platform is too simplistic.The lack of examination process data brings great difficulties to the supervision and inspection.Through technical method to effectively improve the subject three-road pilot test efficiency,so that the examination process can be automated and can be supervised to promote subject three road pilot test system more intelligent,to establish a complete set of effective,real-time monitoring of the road test driving skills examination process management system.After extensive research and analysis of the driving test system on the current market,the overall system technical route is selected,and the VS2015 development platform and the highly reliable Oracle database are used to develop the driving skills test system for motor vehicle drivers.The system is designed the five sub-modules of "Fingerprint Authentication System","Exam Monitoring System","Voice Video Surveillance System","Vehicle Examination Judgment System" and "Data Management System" fully integrate wireless communication,remote proximity monitoring,GPS positioning,Voice prompts,video surveillance and other technologies.
