With the development of urbanization and industrialization and city hard area increases,a large number of urban land use and original natural texture have changed,the broken green space pattern can not achieve a good ecological effect,it has caused a series of urban stormwater problems,such as urban waterlogging,runoff pollution,ground subsidence and so on.As a good consume system for surface runoff,the urban green space complements surface runoff and is the city's natural sponge.At present,the space structure of green space is not perfect in our country,and the internal relation of surface runoff is not considered in the planning.Considering the coupling relationship of city green space system and the surface runoff in the city planning,not only can effectively manage the stormwater in the most economic and ecological way,but also can effectively connect the scattered green patches,increase the integrity and complexity of the structure of the green space system,and play an active role in the urban ecological promotion.This paper takes Suzhou industrial park green space system and surface runoff as the research object,based on the tutor's National Natural Science Fund project,using the rich knowledge of stormwater management theory and practice,through the literature research method,cross-discipline analysis method,field investigation method,computer simulation method,deductive induction method,etc.,First,it analyzes the background of the research,including the urban stormwater management and the green space system planning under the background of urbanization in China.Combined with the research background,the definition and theoretical concept of urban green space system,urban surface runoff and coupling degree are elaborated.The relevant methods and core concepts of stormwater management at home and abroad are studied,and the functional interaction relationship between green space system and rain management is discussed.Combined with the purpose of the study,the general situation of rainfall,soil,topography and urban green space planning system in Suzhou Industrial Park was analyzed,the necessity and feasibility of using the green space of Suzhou Industrial Park for stormwater management were determined.Data collection and collation of precipitation features and other climatic and geographical factors in Suzhou City provide data for the analysis of rain runoff calculations.Based on the Suzhou DEM model and other underlying data of the Suzhou Industrial Park,Arc GIS,ENVI and other software were used to analyze the surface runoff of the Suzhou Industrial Park and the spatial distribution characteristics of different land types and underlying surface rainwater runoff,thus,the coupling degree between green space system and surface runoff in Suzhou Industrial Park was evaluated.Using the proposed green space system and urban surface runoff coupling assessment to evaluate the Suzhou green space system and provide optimization suggestions.Provide a new method and a new approach for urban green space system planning,and provide reference for optimizing Suzhou green land structure and improving stormwater management in Suzhou City.In the context of building a sponge City in China,urban green space system planning considering coupling relationship with the urban surface runoff,the green space system can not only meet the ecological environment improvement of traditional function,it can further develop stormwater management function potential,effectively assist the urban water conservancy facilities to deal with urban stormwater problems,so as to promote the sound development of China's Sponge City construction;The two mutually guide mutually beneficial symbiosis.It is expected that urban green space system planning will more and more consider the coupling relationship with surface runoff,so that the urban green space system plays an important role in alleviating urban stormwater problems.
