Study On The Elecator Installation Quality Control By Principal Component Analysis

Elevator is the most common special equipment in our current production and life.At present,all walks of life pay more and more attentions to elevators.Because of the special nature of the product,the elevator can only be shipped in the form of parts to the construction site,and be installed at the scenes.Therefore,the quality of the installation affects the elevator’s directly.In this paper,On the basis of expert interviews,the author communicated different stakeholders on the elevator industries,get to the 20 factors may influence the quality of the installation of the elevator.Adopt principal component analysis,it obtained 8 principal component factors which may influence the quality of elevator installation and explained them in details.These factors are: Installation technical factor,personnel execution factor,spot management factor,contract type factor,debugging rectification factor,elevator selection factor,installation environment factor and installation team factor.Analyzed of these principal components factors on the quality of elevator installation,and preventive improvement measures are put forward.By the research,it is found that the installation technology factor has the greatest impact on elevator installation quality in various influencing factors.So,it is the most effective way to improve the quality of elevator installation through effective training and supervision of relevant personnel.And the factors affecting the installation quality of the installation group are far less than the traditional experience data,and the process control and the improvement of the implementation effectiveness will play a positive role in improving the group.At the same time,salesmen recommend the parameters and matching of elevator,which will also affect the quality of elevator installation,which is also an effective way to increase customer satisfaction.
