Hull curved block manufacturing is a key part in shipbuilding process.The manufacturing period of curved block restricts the slipway assembling plan and affects the delivery time of the ship.At present,the tooling equipment of curved block of some domestic shipyards has been in the leading level in the world,curved block production capacity has been greatly improved,but compared to Japan and South Korea,some gaps however still exist in the management of curved block workshop.In order to further improve the manufacturing efficiency,this paper studies planning and scheduling problems of curved block workshop with the core of group scheduling and resource balance.First,based on the field survey and combined with the classical theory of shipbuilding,the process of curved block construction and the reverse pipeline mechanism of curved block workshop are analyzed.Through the study of the scheduling problem and the scheduling characteristics of the discrete workshop,the scheduling process of curved block workshop is obtained.Secondly,the planning problem of the hull curved block workshop is studied.Through the analysis of takt time based on the production process of the curved block workshop,an ideal working group model with the objective of minimizing the cost and a scheduling model with the goal of minimizing the production time are proposed.The concept of entropy is introduced to the resource leveling problem of curved block workshop.The resource leveling criterion of curved block workshop is established based on maximum resource entropy.Based on it,a multi resource equilibrium model of curved block workshop is set up.By introducing Logistic mapping and adaptive inertia weight to improve particle swarm optimization algorithm,the working group scheduling model and the multi resource equilibrium model of the workshop are solved.Thirdly,based on the analysis of dynamic events in curved block workshop,the event-driven dynamic scheduling strategy is determined,and a dynamic scheduling model for curved block shop is established.By introducing the CAT mapping and cloud model theory into genetic algorithm for improvement,a double decker coding scheme based on working procedure and working group type is designed.The dynamic scheduling model of the workshop is solved on the basis of the coding scheme and algorithm.Finally,the curved block workshop management control system with the core of workshop planning and workshop scheduling is developed.The system covers the whole process of planning,scheduling and completion,and effectively improves the resource leveling and the capability of dealing with dynamic events,and is significant to improve the efficiency of construction of curved block workshop.
