Automobile exhaust has become the main source of urban air,every spring,a wide range of fog and haze has occurerd in our country,mostly concentrated in the eastern region,and the world's energy situation is difficult to support the rapid growth of vehicle production year after year,Extended range electric vehicles to meet the full need to worry about battery power concerns.It has the following main advantages: low power engine to charge the battery pack,improved most of the problems occur when the battery charge and discharge,so that the battery life is greatly extended;the work of the engine has been precisely fixed conditions now researchers the pursuit of optimal fuel economy obtained.We proposed two-stroke wall-guided DI LPG engine model for extended range electric car according to the present subject.Based on the model of the two-stroke engine we design visualization system for viewing the interior of the engine wall-guided mixture formation.Firstly we analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of LPG as fuel: Theoretically low calorific value,good antiknock properties(high octane),more suitable for lean burn,NOx less emissions,but requires a high ignition energy.Generally,with a series of optimization and adjustment,as a fuel in an internal combustion engine overall performance due to the gasoline.We design engine based on engine model.Change the original plan to use the intake port as a two stroke air inlet nozzle mount design,installation,and remove the valve exhaust port of the valve seat,valve guide sleeve,bored hole mounting nozzle mount,by simulating data and similar two-stroke engine exhaust port provided at the position of the cylinder wall gauge transformation visualization engine exhaust outlet location and size.A detailed description will give to the whole visual piston window,part-time visualization of the advantages and disadvantages of the piston window,and then describes visualization of the piston window with shaped pits which is required.Also describes the use of Matlab programming to the captured image to correct one kind of simple way.Extended piston design and a transparent quartz glass window,a transparent quartz window to the top of the piston to form a visible installation of the piston crown,while leaving a 45 ° mirror installation space for cylinder mixture formation,combustion phenomenon reflected by 45 ° change the optical path mirror,which will be captured by high speed camera.According to the diameter of the cylinder,the engine combustion pressure and height and thickness of the piston stroke design quartz ring.according to the length of the extension of the piston,the piston stroke quartz ring height and design of the liner extended short length,the lower end of the cylinder liner insert will transform cylinder lengthen short Liner in the same time in the transformation of the cylinder out of the sink hole install quartz ring and two-stroke exhaust port.Magneto engine comes with 24-1,design AD conversion circuit analog signal acquisition,using AT91F40162 ARM chip as the main chip for signal processing and then control the high pressure fuel injection nozzle drive circuit drives the control signal,we use "peak & hold" as the drive signal,high voltage driver circuit design.We introduced the PLIF test platform design,layout,and associated test equipment integrated approach which test LPG cylinder two-stroke direct injection engine hybrid gas distribution combustion,the laser system uses pulsed solid-state lasers as a Q-switched laser,but also includes fourth harmonic generators,optical module sheet.LPG injection system uses a high-pressure gas cylinders,pressure accumulators,fuel injectors and a plurality of ball valve.Dynamometer adopts Cape CAC16 an engine dynamometer.ICCD camera using a model PI produced for PI MAX type 2 ICCD camera.The eventual adoption of a simple flat-top piston window capture photos and calibration specified angle spray photographs,each part of the work experience certificate,the system is normal.
