The multi-parameter monitor has become an indispensable medical device in hospital.Its safety and accuracy are directly affect the life safety and health of patients.Therefore,the verification of a multi-parameter monitor is very important.At present,the verification of multi-parameter monitor mainly depends on manual operation,and the verification parameters are mainly obtained by naked eye observation,steel ruler measurement,etc.The accuracy of the obtained test data is not high,and the verification result may be influenced by human factors,and the verification operation is tedious.LabVIEW's certification has become more in the industrial instrumentation verification industry.And the digital development of medical instrument interfaces.The research and development of automatic verification system based on LabVIEW multi-parameter monitor is proposed.The main function of multi-parameter monitor automatic verification system is to change the verification method of the multi-parameter monitor,which replacing the manual verification with the automatic's.The advantage is that the workload of the staff can be reduced,the multi-parameter monitor verification can be completed quickly,and the accuracy and the reliability of the test of result can be improved.The main research work and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)The automatic verification system realizes the data transmission and control with the standard ECG signal source MPS450,the standard multi-parameter signal source Prosim8,and the multi-parameter monitor through the RS232 interface,USB interface,and RJ45 interface respectively on the LabVIEW platform.(2)Acquisition of alarm sound signals for ECG monitor and multi-parameter monitor through microphone and sound card(Intel 8280 1FB ICH6).(3)Use the Pauta criteria to screen the collected signals to reduce signal noise and make the verification conclusion more accurate.(4)Automatic verification alarm system extracts the frequency band of alarms sound of multi-parameter monitor by Wavelet packet energy,recognizes alarms soundof multi-parameter monitor by SVM by using python.And by comparing different kernel functions and hyperparameters,and finally the kernel function is Gaussian kernel function,the ? is 0.6,the C is 0.2.The accuracy of the alarm sound recognition is the highest,and the accuracy rate reaches 91.28%.This paper is programmed on the LabVIEW platform,which realizes the automatic verification of the ECG monitor and the multi-parameter monitor,which greatly reduces the workload in the verification process,improves the verification efficiency,and enhances the reliability and reliability of the verification.It provides a reference for the automatic verification of other medical instruments.
