Entering the 21 st century,with the development of society and the progress of science and technology,all walks of life in our country are developing vigorously,especially in the field of engineering.Our infrastructure is leading the world at an advanced speed.In all kinds of Engineering construction,product structure development is an important basic research.Among them,structural static test is an indispensable part of research and development.In order to determine the strength and stability of engineering structures under different load conditions,relevant mechanical experiments are needed.But sometimes,because of the complexity of the structure and the particularity of the working load,some structural components can not carry out accurate theoretical analysis or calculation,and the static experiment of the structure is not restricted by these constraints,so it can simulate the actual working condition,and carry out the experimental research under the relevant load conditions.The results of the static experiment of the structure can complement and validate the numerical simulation results and theoretical analysis.The calculation results have a strong guiding significance for the follow-up structural development.With the development of test technology,multi-point loading test control system is more and more applied in aerospace,ship,machinery,automobile and other fields.In this paper,a multi-point loading control system based on incremental PID controller algorithm is developed by using virtual instrument technology and graphical programming language LabVIEW.It has two control modes: force control and displacement control.Under the trend of interconnection of all things,this paper expands the remote control module of the control system,which can use browser and remote panel access mode control program under the same LAN through Web technology.Based on the platform of LabVIEW shared variables and Data Dashboard,the wireless control module based on iOS system and Android system is developed,and the function of the wireless control module is verified.At the same time,because the system is based on virtual instrument technology,it brings great convenience to the maintenance and upgrading of the program in the later period,reduces the economic cost and improves the reuse rate of the program.
