| Hand-held digital multimeter is currently used in electrical experiments is a very common measurement instrument,its verification technology should also advance with the times.For the traditional hand-held digital multimeter verification work in the error probability,time-consuming and laborious,error,low efficiency and other issues,the system is designed on the LabVIEW software platform to develop a new set of automatic verification system.The system mainly includes hand-held digital multimeter selection switch automatic switching module,multimeter display image acquisition,processing and identification module,verification data automatically save the module.For a number of multimeter can be carried out at the same time verification work,greatly improving the efficiency of the measurement and verification work to ensure the reliability of the test data.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on mechanical design,manufacture and automation technology,a set of step motor control system be designed based on MCU which can control the stepper motor connected to the mechanical fixture to rotation the multimeter selection switch.Through hardware design and software programming,the selection switch can be switched to the required position in real time.(2)Based on machine vision technology,in the verification work,hand-held digital multimeter display images can be acquired and processed to identify the data and save to the computer.Besides,test data can be processed in real time to generate a verification certificate.(3)Based on the virtual instrument technology,the software of the verification system be designed and developed,including system interface design,industrial camera configuration,calibration standard signal output,image processing and identification process.Combined with the actual test requirements,hand-held digital multimeter measurement range of the test experiment,the experimental results and data analysis,verify that the system program to meet the design requirements. |
