| The accurate measurement of worm gear reducer box is significance to improve the quality and life of the reducer and reduce the energy consumption index.In industry,In industry,CMM are often used for sampling inspection,so it is not easy to realize on-line detection.This paper is aimed to carry out theoretical research and verification on the measurement of the verticality of the bearing hole of the worm gear reducer.The main contents are as follows:(1)A method for measuring the verticality of the worm hole of a worm gear reducer was proposed based on the laser collimation principle.The three jaw chuck had been used to centering the hole of the box body.The axis of the worm gear was simulated by the laser light path,so that the axis of the measured surface was converted to the same plane.There were 25 errors in the measurement method,such as the geometric error of three jaw chuck,the geometric error of the prism,the geometric error of the combined prism and the spot center identification error.(2)The error synthesis model had been established by using the principle of optical vector analysis.According to the analysis of the model,in the design scheme of this paper,the error of the splitting prism can be neglected when the splitting accuracy of the prism and the combined prism is the same.If the high precision prism error had been corrected,the total random error of the measurement system was ?7.3μm when selecting a three jaw chuck with a precision of 1μm.The total error accounts for about 14.6% of the tolerance.This comprehensive error model lays a theoretical foundation for the precision distribution and selection of each part.(3)The experimental platform had been builed to verify the partial error model.The results indicate that,the measured data of spot coordinates was consistent with the experimental data,the error was within 0.43%.The error model of beam splitter can be calculated according to the principle of vector analysis.The diffraction spot of random positioning error was 0.14μm,which can be ignored compared to other errors.The theoretical resolution experiments indicate that the system theoretical resolution can reach 0.5μm.The research of this paper provides a feasible method for measuring the perpendicularity of the bearing hole of the worm gear reducer,which lays a theoretical foundation for the development of the measuring device. |
