Then, we put three-dimensional model of the Reducer what created in the UG into3Ds Max rendering optimized, and finally developed virtual assembly system of reducer based on virtools platform.In the software of UG, we achieve the parameters of worm design, so you can quickly and accurately generate the required three-dimensional model, and completed all parts of the modeling and Reducer assembly. And in software of virtools to worm-bevel gear Reducer for the study, in-depth study of the "removable can be installed" as the basic principle to achieve a virtual fixture assembly. Then, we using the switching of the view, we make the assembly process is simple and clear.
