Study of the stud connectors fatigue performance at home and abroad,mainly aimed at "intact" fittings,considering corrosion of stud connectors and the fatigue property of steel and concrete composite structure research is less.This topic from hunan province natural science fund project "rust stud connectors fatigue performance study",in steel and concrete composite structure bridge as the engineering background,key research environment erosion under the action of the stud the influence of corrosion on the fatigue test performance of the stud connectors.By corrosion fatigue performance of the stud connectors of experimental research,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the thorough understanding of corrosion stud connectors fatigue performance,failure pattern and failure mechanism,fatigue stiffness degradation model of corroded stud connectors proposed and s-n fatigue life calculation method.The research results can provide the experimental support and theoretical basis for the study of fatigue performance of steel-concrete composite structures.The main contents include:(1)in 9 artificial accelerated corrosion of push-out specimens on the static load and fatigue test and measure the amount of corrosion damage after the stud,analyzes the corrosion law of stud,summarized the damage form of corrosion push-out specimens,the corrosion fatigue degradation of stud load-slip curve,to study the corrosion fatigue stiffness degradation mechanism of stud.(2)through the seven push-out specimens corrosion fatigue test data of regression analysis,established the rust stud s-n fatigue life calculation formula,using this formula,and the results of this paper test the stud fatigue life calculation formula of the scholars at home and abroad are analyzed and compared.(3)based on the fracture mechanics method,the calculation formula of the fatigue life of the pin was derived,and the main factors affecting the fatigue life of the pin were analyzed by the fatigue fracture of the bolt.(4)static analysis was carried out by ANSYS finite element analysis software on the 3d model of the test piece,and the feasibility of this modeling was verified by comparing static load test data.On the basis of the static model for fatigue analysis,draws close to test the s-n fatigue life curve,and analysis and comparing the different factors on the corrosion fatigue cumulative damage amount of stud.
