Shenzhen Pingshan Community Park Construction And Landscape Design Optimization Research

China is in a period of rapid urbanization,the establishment of new urban areas is the inevitable result of urban expansion and economic restructuring.At present,there are many cities are in the exploration of the new urban living environment,which is one of the most important types of green space in the urban green space system.Based on the research on Shenzhen C ity Pingshan New District 35 community parks,proposed the development strategies of Pingshan community park problems,provide feasible sche me of constructing the park system with perfect function of Pingshan new district.This paper first through the construction and management of Pingshan community park survey,summarizes the achievements and existing problems,and according to the development target and planning conditions of the overall research and planning of Pingshan community park in the future,put forward development strategy and corresponding implementation way.Through research,found that the status quo of community park construct ion of Pingshan new problems are: park planning,community park service distance,couldn't cover the whole residential area,there are still some Park Service area.Second,the construction of the park,the terrain processing is single,the land is the main,the vertical landscape is insufficient,the water scene is few;the entrance location processing does not affect the park accessibility.Landscape engineering,Garden Road simple form,poor quality of construction.Green planting,the majority of the park green rate of 40-65%,the square park green rate is mostly lower than 40%.Park supporting facilities,the identification system is not perfect,the lack of fitness equipment,children's play facilities,lamps,trash,etc..The construction of community parks each time zone is different,the level of quality,in addition to a small number of new park larger sites,functions and facilities,most of the community park is a common problem in the park landscape function zoning confusion,lack of features and facilities maintenance.A small number of community park area is small,but the site to do the activities of complex functions,the use of different functions in different periods.At present according to the Shenzhen Pingshan community park,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: improve the park system planning,the implementation of park system planning;the comprehensive integration of green resources,optimize the park service area;the construction of community park landscape planning,zoning park landscape,create a unique culture,the local landscape;enhance the park construction management level,improve construction standards,strengthen management,to encourage public participation in park management.O n the basis of theoretical research,further selection of Pingshan ang Russian community park and Bi Ridge Community Park conducted a detailed empirical research and demonstration design,will be transformed into a community park ang Russian community children's Park,the Bi Ridge Community Park into community sports park.The innovation of this paper is based on field investigation of fully developed coastal areas,city district community park construction conducted in-depth research and demonstration design,put forward the optimization strategy of integrating theory with practice and implementation plan.
