As the rapid development of urban culture, the influence of the urban green space system construction quality on residential habit environment is growing. Community greenbelt is not only an important component of urban green space system,, but also environmental space where residents always attend. The greening environment can directly affect residents' life quality. In order to achieve the sustainable development of habit environment, ensure good quality of living environment, and meet people's increasing demands to improve the life quality, it is a inevitable choice to establish a scientific and standardized habit environment evaluation method and system.The current evaluation system is always limited to the research on the scenic beauty of plants or ecological benefits unilaterally, and few research are found involving the comprehensive evaluation to all functions of plant landscape. The landscape plants are the only live ones in the city, which can directly affect various functions of plant landscape and its sustainable development.The study object is 6 plant landscapes of different configuration in community parks of Shanghai Songjiang district. It is evaluated from the view of the scenic beauty, comfortableness, maintenance and management of the plant landscape. The results are as follows:(1) The scenic beauty of these 6 community parks' plant landscape is evaluated by BIB-LCJ. Through analysis on configuration types in different seasons, it is found out that the plant landscape of rich seasonal and colorful variations are more acttractive. The application of flower border and colorful tree can effectively enhance the plants landscape appreciation.(2) Through the measurement of temperature and humidity of plant landscape, the human comfortableness index is calculated by the index formula of Shanghai city. The results show that the plant landscape of deciduous broad-leaved tree-populus can improve the small environment bestly. And the least one is the plant landscape of Phoenix canariensis Hort. ex Chab.(3) Through the evaluation of the plants' maintenance and management, it is confirmed that SD can be applied on the evaluation of plants' characteritics, and the quantization data can be obtained. The plants' characteristics and integrity can directly affect the plants landscape's scenic beauty, and the soil index can directly affect the plant landscape's comfortableness. Therefore, the perfect maintenance and management is the assurance to provide high quality of scenic beauty and comfortableness.(4) The method in this paper regards to aesthetics, protecting the management influence of etc. upon the view result to the ecosystem factor and the park plant to lead into the evaluation system, change former single sense of vision view result evaluate of limit sex, and carry on certain quantity to turn to various functions of the plant view, can conduct and actions measure the park plant to install rationality of main basis.
