With the increasing influence of globalization,China will have more and more cooperation with neighboring countries in the future.As the most important transportation method for ocean oil and natural gas,marine pipeline is gradually accelerating development and its operation depth is also growing,this will ensure the sustainable development of offshore oil engineering.Offshore oil engineering market will inevitably bring its subsidiary special ships-laying the requirements of the ship.At present,China also made great progress in the development and construction of the pipelaying vessel.The design and research on the production of the deepwater pipelaying vessel is a topic with profound theoretical significance and great practical value.In this paper,the 3000 meters deepwater pipelaying ship is taken as the research object.The production design and construction technology of the deepwater pipelaying ship are studied from the following aspects:1.Summarize the main parameters and features of the 3000 meters deepwater pipelaying ship: Including the main parameters,the main equipment configuration and design features of the 3000 meters deepwater pipelaying ship.2.Analysis of the basic requirements of production design,developed a professional production design process,completed the production and design of pipelaying crane ship.3.The calculation of the main safety data of deepwater pipelaying ship,such as the calculation of freeboard and calculation of the total tonnage,provided the basis for production design.4.Studied the construction technology and process of deepwater pipelaying ship: Including the construction of deepwater pipelaying ship Regional arrangements;the carrying of deepwater pipelaying ship;total section and section construction of deepwater pipelaying ship;precision control of deepwater pipelaying ship;welding method of deepwater pipelaying ship;painting construction essentials of deepwater pipelaying ship;stress analysis of pipe equipment(tensioner,A & R winch)of deepwater pipelaying ship.5.Developed the installation process of the DP propeller on the 3,000 meters deepwater pipelaying ship,solved the key technology of the installation process,and provided technical support for the construction of 3000 meters deepwater pipelaying ship.This paper has carried out 3000 meters of deepwater pipe-laying crane vessel production design and construction technology research,developed the construction plan of this deepwater pipelaying crane ship,and tested in the practice of shipbuilding,for deepwater pipelaying crane ship production design and construction scheme provides a typical case,can be used as a reference of similar deepwater pipelaying crane ship construction scheme design.
