With the rapid development of China’s urbanization process,the number of highway bridge has increased exponentially and leaped to the first in the world.In the modern city transport network system,bridge often plays an important role in connection.Bridge is not only an important part of urban transportation system.but also is located in the throat of the urban transportation system.It has important strategic significance in economic,military,social life,etc.However,due to lack of effective monitoring technology for bridge structure,bridge accidents still occur frequently,which may cause great loss and serious damage to the safety of life and property of the country and people.Based on the above problems,this thesis proposes a solution of bridge health monitoring system.The bridge health monitoring system includes hardware part and software part.The design of hardware part is multi-channel data acquisition card based on FPGA,which is designed by project team members.The design of software part includes Web client,Android client,and three-dimensional(3D)bridge model client,which are respectively based on Java-EE,Android and any computer aided design(AnyCAD)graphics platform technology.In addition,the real-time big data analysis system is designed in the software part based on Linux platform.The workflow of bridge health monitoring system is as follows:the real-time pressure load data information of sensors is uploaded to the serial port by FPGA data acquisition card processing and will be simultaneously saved in the MySQL database.Finally,the data information will be real-time displayed in Web client,Android client,and 3D bridge model client.In addition,when the collecting information is abnormal,the client also provides the real-time warning functions for users and supervisors.Finally,the real-time big data analysis system deployed on the Linux platform implements bridge online security assessment.which facilitate next step decision for bridge maintenance management department.The system also can improve the overall safety performance,disaster prevention and reduction ability.To achieve high-efficient and intelligent software design of bridge health monitoring and online security assessment system,the main works of this thesis are as follows:(1)This thesis compiles serial communication protocol and serial communication program to implement real-time communication.(2)This thesis builds Tomcat servers and configures the runtime environment.Meanwhile,this thesis builds software and database development platform,and creates data information table in MySQL database.(3)This thesis designs Web client,Android client,and 3D model client respectively based on Java-EE,Android,and AnyCAD technology,which implements the functions of real-time display and security warning by integrated client(4)This thesis builds real-time big data analysis system based on Linux platform to implement the functions of online security assessment for massive data sets.In addition,it provides reliable decision support for bridge maintenance management department.
