The indicator mechanical transmission system is located inside the aircraft fuselage,when the aircraft is ready to land,the indicator mechanical transmission system will open from the inside of the fuselage and rotate at a certain angle to communicate with the ground.However,due to the strict requirements on the structure of the aircraft itself,the mechanical transmission system of the indicator light requires that the space size should be controlled at 250mm×110mm×100mm,and the quality requirement should not exceed 10kg.When the indicator mechanical transmission system is working,it needs to be rotated by 90 degrees to achieve its working performance requirements by adjusting the angle.In order to realize the operation function of the indicator mechanical transmission system and to meet the requirements of small size,light weight and large transmission ratio,in the design,two-stage worm gear drive and gear transmission are adopted to meet the actual engineering requirements.The mechanical transmission system of the indicator light is affected by the starting shock of the motor during operation,the collision between the components,the resistance of the wind,etc.,which makes the load analysis of the mechanical transmission system of the indicator light complicated.In the application process of the indicator mechanical transmission system,the phenomena of fatigue wear and even fracture of the components often occur,so the dynamics related research is carried out.In terms of the dynamics research of the mechanical transmission system of the indicator light,firstly,through the theoretical analysis of the single-degree-of-freedom gear dynamics,the gear teeth deformation combined with the gear teeth process,the gear tooth meshing deformation is calculated,and the gear time-varying is obtained by using the matlab programming.The meshing stiffness change pattern is solved by numerical method to solve the single-degree-of-freedom gear vibration differential equation,and the variation law of the gear meshing dynamic response along the meshing line is obtained.The gear meshing time-varying meshing stiffness is seen from one meshing period.Secondly,the indicator mechanical transmission system is regarded as rigid body operation,the dynamics modeling of the indicator mechanical transmission system is carried out,and the kinetic energy theorem is used to establish the dynamic equation to obtain the relevant dynamic parameters of the gear when meshing(rotation speed),torque and the load change with time,the analysis of the indicator light mechanical transmission system in the rigid body operation,due to the starting shock of the motor,the load changes in the early stage and it gradually becomes stable;finally,considering the indicator mechanical transmission System elastic deformation,the system of the indicator light using equivalent parameter method is equivalent to the gear running dynamics problem.The elastic dynamic equation is established by the load of the gear teeth obtained by the rigid body dynamics analysis of the system.The dynamic response of the gear along the meshing line is obtained by programming.The calculation results show that:1)When the indicator mechanical transmission system is used for rigid body analysis,it is greatly affected by the motor starting impact during the working process.The torque changes greatly in the early stage and then gradually stabilizes.2)The indicator mechanical transmission system does the analysis of the elastomer,the load has a slight elastic change in the change of the rigid body motion and the maximum reaches 0.8N,and the deformation amount generally shows a decreasing trend.3)When the indicator mechanical transmission system is used for the analysis of the elastic body,the relative displacement shows a wave-like decrease.At the initial stage of the start-up,the deformation amount is large,reaching 0.009 mm,which indicates that the motor starting impact has a greater influence on the system.
