Neighborhood Area Networks(NAN)are where wireless communication technologies are used to meet the needs of reliability,security and full coverage in the next generation of smart grids.However,with the continuous access of mass measurement equipment and the growth of communication data,the existing wireless spectrum resources are becoming scarcer.Meanwhile,businesses with different QoS requirements in smart grid neighborhood networks have higher requirements for wireless network resource management capabilities.Based on these problems,this paper proposes to apply Cognitive Radio(CR)technology to the neighborhood network of smart grid to provide additional spectrum resources for the smart grid business.Cognitive NAN Gateways(NGWs)is set as a key node in the Cognitive fr-amework.It manages the spectrum resources of Cognitive Home Area Networks Gateways(HGWs)through spectrum sensing,spectrum leasing,spectrum allocation and other steps.In this paper,we propose the optimal spectrum allocation strategy of cognitive radio NAN Gateway(NGW),which also acts as a spectrum collector by radio sensing and leasing from the providers for a fee.Since the service terminals in grid are heterogeneous based on different QoS requirements and willingness to pay,this paper uses differential pricing and admission control for different terminals to improve the benefits of NGW.The decision-making process for spectrum collection and allocation is modeled as a 4-stage Stackelberg gaming,where the optimal decision of radio sensing,spectrum leasing,admission control and differential pricing are deducted through a reverse derivation.A novel corresponding algorithm is also given to solve these optimal solutions efficiently.Then under this cognitive NAN network structure,we further study on the village of spectrum utilization problem,by adopting pad under the way of spectrum reuse,and constraint condition of the interference temperature limit,in the main user communication quality under the premise of satisfying spectrum system is proposed to maximize the utilization ratio of spectrum allocation strategy and the power control strategy.This paper studies the latest proposed based on the technology of cognitive radio spectrum allocation and management of the smart grid of the concrete scheme,grid in full consideration of different communication requirements of different business cases,the proposed meet the spectrum allocation strategy of grid operators benefit maximization,the benefit maximization for the user at the same time improve the system throughput of spectrum management strategies are put forward.
