With the developent of transportation industry in our country,The problem of traffic safety is becoming more and more serious.Asphalt concrete pavement is the most popular kind of pavement in our country,the Asphalt pavement anti-skid performance has a significant impact on driving safety,the quality level of asphalt pavement surface texture structure and the asphalt pavement surface tectonic depth is the important factor in determining the Asphalt pavement anti-skid performance.In this paper the binocular vision is used to test the quality level of asphalt pavement surface texture structure and the asphalt pavement surface tectonic depth,the correlation between the technical parameters of the surface texture and the anti-skid performance is discussed,the analysis software of asphalt concrete pavement surface texture structure based on binocular vision is edited.This paper studied on the theoretical basis of binocular vision,analyzed errors in the image acquisition process,putted forward the standardized image acquisition method of binocular vision and the reconstruction method of the model of asphalt concrete pavement surface texture based on binocular vision,accomplished the reconstruction of pavement model.This paper used the pavement model to test the asphalt pavement surface tectonic depth,analyzed the precision of binocular vision,contrasted the difference of the measurement result between binocular vision and traditional method,verified the availability of binocular vision.Analyzed the pavement model with the image processing technology,.Based on the basic theory of image enhancement and image segmentation,the gray transformation method and the otsu method are used to deal with the digital image of the pavement model.Analyzed the quality level of asphalt pavement surface texture structure by calculating the coefficient of alienation in different area of the digital image of the asphalt pavement surface tectonic depth and the area of convex region.Putted forward the evaluation method of the quality level of asphalt pavement surface texture structure of the measure point and the section of the highway.Tested the asphalt pavement surface tectonic depth and the anti-skid performance of pavement surface by the method of binocular vision and traditional method,analyzed the correlation between the technical parameters of the surface texture and the anti-skid performance.The results show that the asphalt pavement surface tectonic depth have a significant linear correlation with the anti-skid performance of pavement surface,the quality level of asphalt pavement surface texture structure have a parabola correlation with the anti-skid performance of pavement surface.Edited the analysis software of asphalt concrete pavement surface texture structure based on binocular vision,tested the index of pavement surface by using this software to verify and explain the applicability of the model,method and procedure.
