| In recent years,with the continuous strengthening of people’s awareness of safety in production and the continuous improvement of the management mode of safety in production,the safety in production situation of all walks of life in our country has been significantly improved.However,in some special industries,such as scaffolding and formwork support in the field of construction,because they are vulnerable to various controllable and uncontrollable adverse factors in the process of erection and dismantlement and use,leading to the frequent occurrence of large and major safety accidents.The most representative types of accidents are collapse accidents and high-altitude fall accidents,and their accident incidence accounts for the total number of accidents respectively.The proportion reached 60% and more than 50%.The reason is that the traditional safety management mode is not changed with the development of information technology in construction field because of the backward safety management mode.In this paper,BIM(Building Information Model)technology and RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)technology,which are widely used in the field of construction,are applied to the safety early warning and management of formwork support system.Starting from the major risk factors causing the collapse accident of formwork support system and the falling accident at high altitude,the safety early warning tube of formwork support system with practical application value is constructed.The main research contents of the system are as follows:1)This research mainly discusses how to use BIM digital modeling technology,Information Association Technology and visual coordination technology,real-time informationacquisition and dynamic tracking technology of RFID to construct the safety early warning and management system of template support system collapse accident and high-altitude falling accident,and then realize real-time monitoring and early warning of major hazards of collapse accident and high-altitude falling accident,which is the template branch.Support system security management to the direction of information technology to provide reference.2)According to the relevant safety management norms,principles and hazard identification theory of template support system,the major hazards leading to collapse accidents and high-altitude falling accidents are derived;the theory and application of BIM technology are studied,and the theory and applicability of RFID technology are analyzed;at the same time,the integrated application principles and key technologies of BIM and RFID technology are studied.Both of them lay a theoretical foundation for the construction of early warning management system of template support system collapse accident and falling accident based on BIM and RFID technology.3)Analyse and construct the early warning management system of collapse accident of template support system from four aspects: system function requirement,system overall structure,selection and layout of RFID tags,and system operation process of monitoring and early warning of three kinds of major hazards;analyze and construct the early warning management system of collapse accident from five aspects: the system function requirement,system overall structure,system initialization design,risk source personnel perception ability and system operation process of monitoring and early warning for two kinds of hazard sources.4)Taking the Grand Theatre project located in a cultural and Art Center in Kaifeng City,Henan Province as an example,the mechanical lifting stage of the Grand Theatre needs to be constructed with the support system of formwork.Through the modeling and analysis of the mechanical lifting stage in the Grand Theatre project,the database of collapse accidents and high-altitude falling accidents is established by Microsoft Access,and the database is also integrated with BIM model.Relevance,we use RFID technology to collect real-time status information and operator’s attribute information and real-time location information in the process of construction site template support system construction and dismantling,and use the collected information as the distributed database of BIM.By comparing and analyzing the two kinds of database information,we can realize the security early warning and management of template support system,and verify the early warning management.The reliability of the system. |
