Travel by EMU is the choice of most travelers in recent years,because EMU is not only convenient,fast,safe and secure,but also more comfortable than ordinary passenger trains,so it has been recognized by many passengers.Especially after the introduction of EMUs in China,EMUs have been widely used and developed in the vast land of China.Because most of the passengers who ride EMUs want to enjoy a more comfortable environment than ordinary passenger trains,the air conditioning system of EMUs,as an important part of ensuring passenger comfort,has been put forward higher requirements.Although the technology of train air conditioning in China started late,in recent years,the development speed of train air conditioning in China is very fast,and the technology is becoming more and more mature.With the acceleration of the localization process of EMU,domestic air conditioning manufacturers have also developed corresponding domestic EMU air conditioning units,which provides more options for the future development of EMU.In this paper,the air conditioning and refrigeration system of an on-line EMU are analyzed and introduced.Then it introduces and analyses the technical indexes and improvement points of domestic air conditioning for EMU.Based on the model library of air conditioning system in Dymola software library,the simulation model of the refrigeration system of the domestic EMU air conditioning system is established by utilizing the characteristics of its main components and technical indicators,and the refrigeration effect under different external temperature conditions is simulated,and the results are analyzed.Finally,through collecting the relevant actual operation data of air conditioning system of domestic EMU after loading,the actual refrigeration effect of air conditioning unit in long road and high temperature environment is analyzed,and the refrigeration performance and related optimization measures of domestic air conditioning unit are further verified,which can meet the needs of the current on-line operation of EMU.
