Abstract/Summary:
In order to improve the reliability and controllability of High Voltage Circuit Breaker(HV-CB),this thesis has proposed a new motor operating mechanism control system for40.5kV HV-CB,namely coil assisted excitation BLDCM(Coil-Assisted Excitation Brushless DC Motor,CAE-BLDCM)operating mechanism control system.This thesis have made an intensive study on the 40.5kV HV-CB motion and load characteristics,motor structure and working principle,electromagnetic characteristics,drive and control technology,and simulation of 40.5kV HV-CB virtual prototype dynamic characteristics.And set up a motor hardware experiment platform,designed control circuit PCB board,and online 40.5kV HV-CB closing experiment was done.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)The mechanical motion model of the CAE-BLDCM operating mechanism was established and analyzed,and the linear motion of the HV-CB side mechanism was converted into the rotational motion of the motor side,and the motion relationship between the driving motor rotation angle and the rod in the HV-CB operating mechanism was analyzed.By calculating the equivalent load torque characteristic of the circuit breaker’s motion converted to the drive motor shaft,the technical parameters such as the rotation angle of the shaft and the equivalent load characteristics of the driving motor during the HV-CB opening and closing operation were obtained.(2)Aiming at the principle and physical structure of CAE-BLDCM,the related status of the motor were analyzed and introduced,and the characteristics of inductance and flux were simulated and analyzed by ANSYS software.The three control methods of current chopper control,voltage chopper control and angle control were introduced in detail.It provides a theoretical basis for the design of CAE-BLDCM control system.(3)The three-dimensional finite element method was used to analyze the influence of the unique structural characteristics of the motor on the electromagnetic performance,and the magnetic regulation and speed regulation of the central excitation coil are determined.The ANSYS was used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the HV-CB motor operating mechanism.The HV-CB virtual prototype model was built by ADAMS,and the rationality is verified by simulation and it satisfies the requirements of 40.5kV HV-CB technicalparameters.(4)The hardware experiment platform of CAE-BLDCM operating mechanism control system with DSP28335 chip as the core was built.The coil control circuit PCB board,boost circuit and current detection circuit PCB board were designed and fabricated.The double closed-loop PID control system was designed.Through no-load experiment of the motor with different voltage levels,the data of starting speed and current of the motor were obtained.When the central electric excitation coil was fed with different currents,the on-line HV-CB closing experiment operation has done.The data analysis shows that the performance of the motor is good and conforms to the design principle of the motor.The correctness of the CAE-BLDCM operating mechanism design theory was verified.And the magnetic regulation and the speed regulation of the central electric excitation coil were proved.
