Coil assisted reluctance brushless DC motor(CAR-BLDCM)is a kind of switched reluctance motor.Its stator and rotor salient pole and central coil structure increase the complexity of the magnetic circuit,which makes it difficult to establish the mathematical model of the motor and greatly affects the improvement of the motor performance.Therefore,this paper proposes a control method to optimize the performance of CARBLDCM by changing the turn-on angle and turn-off angle of the motor without establishing an accurate mathematical model and the motor has good starting performance.In this paper,the central coil excitation control and the motor angle control method based on online optimization and fuzzy control are analyzed from three aspects: basic principle,simulation analysis and experimental verification.Through MATLAB,Simplorer and Ansoft,the simulation of CAR-BLDCM is carried out.The simulation results and experimental results are compared with the traditional control methods.On the basis of the good starting performance of the motor by the central coil excitation control,the maximum torque current ratio is taken as the optimization index,and the maximum torque current ratio is obtained by controlling the turn-on and turn-off angles.In this paper,the hardware experiment platform of CAR-BLDCM angle control system based on DSP TMS320F28335 is designed.The software of angle control system is designed on DSP TMS320F28335 development board.The main modules in the program are analyzed in detail.The program of control system is compiled and debugged on ccs6.0 software platform.The relevant experiments are carried out and the experimental results are obtained.The experimental results show the superiority of the angle control method based on the on-line optimization and fuzzy control algorithm,and the angle control goal of maximizing the torque current ratio is achieved.
