Thermal storage system is a key link in the development and application of new energy power generation technology,and is the key point of thermal storage system technology.The application of domestic solid electric heat storage device in the actual heating system is relatively late and there is still a big gap with the application of foreign technology.In the actual production and heating process of solid electric heat storage device,there are still many problems.For example,the heating efficiency of the device is not ideal.This article has carried on the following several aspects research work:(1)The flow process of heat transfer medium is analyzed mathematically,the heat transfer between fluid and solid or the interface wall is realized by the method of fluid-solid coupling heat transfer calculation,and the heat transfer characteristics of the sensible heat storage process of solid are analyzed.Study the performance of regenerative heat storage and heat storage structure of heat storage process,the influence of the regenerated or heating wire the heat generated by the main way of heat transfer by radiation heat the heat storage body,the heat storage body by convection heat transfer way to transfer heat to the air,with the increase of air velocity,heat will increase,more than heat accumulation body heat when the air take away heat,heat accumulation body temperature drops.(2)The experimental platform of solid electric heat storage device was built,and the temperature field of the thermal storage experimental unit was tested,and the experimental data were compared with the simulated data.The final result showed that the variation trend of the experimental value and the simulated value was basically consistent with a relatively small deviation,so it was determined that the model could be used for subsequent simulation analysis.A standard for evaluating the temperature uniformity of the regenerated is proposed to provide a basis for comparing the data for the subsequent sensitivity analysis of the regenerated parameters.(3)Through the comparative analysis of the average temperature of the thermal accumulator and the temperature of the heating filament under the thermal storage condition of the thermal accumulator with three kinds of pore ratios,and the comparative analysis of the average temperature of the thermal accumulator under the thermal release condition of the(4)thermal accumulator with three kinds of pore ratios,the structure of the pore ratio of20% is optimal.Compared with different heating wire arrangement,the average temperature of the regenerated and the temperature variance of the regenerated were compared to determine that the staggered heating wire arrangement is more conducive to heat transfer.
