Based on the original 48 kW solid electric storage boiler in a company in Shijiazhuang,and based on the test of its performance,it is found that the solid electric heat storage boiler has a serious shortage of heat storage capacity.Through the analysis of experimental data points out that reason is not lack of heat storage capacity of boiler design of heat accumulator group under the weight,but the exothermic process regenerative cooling rate were different points on the difference caused by the cooling rate,the difference is too large will lead to effective heat storage capacity of unit regenerator decreased greatly.Furthermore,the idea of improving the effective storage capacity of the regenerator by improving the air distribution mode and realizing the uniform air supply is put forward.The author firstly combined with the geometric parameters of heat storage boiler air supply system of the original solid electrical mathematical model was established and simulated by using FLUENT software,through improved geometric parameters r elated to the design of a new type of air supply system,air supply system and the new design was simulated,finally,the model of air supply system with regenerator duct w as simulated for three kinds of simulated air system adopts k-? two equation turbulence model and SIMPLE algorithm.In order to verify the rationality of the numerical simulation,a new type of solid electric heat storage boiler was developed on the basis of the numerical simulation res ults,and the performance test was carried out.The results show that the nonuniform coefficient model of air supply system flow rate decreased significantly,decr eases from 1.422 to 0.055;a new solid regenerative electric boiler effective storage ca pacity significantly increased,the number of regenerative body under the same condit ions,the effective heat capacity increases from 1 15 8MJ to 1 411 MJ.Through repeated tests and researches on new solid electric regenerative boilers,it is concluded that reasonable frequency change of fan is an effective measure to improve the operation mode of boiler heating,which provides a useful reference for the development and application of solid electric regenerative boilers.
