With the intensification of energy crisis,traditional fuel vehicles are gradually replaced by electric vehicles with low carbon,energy saving and environmental protected functions.Electric vehicles have got into a new era of rapid development.The progress and development of V2 G technology supports and protects the electric vehicles to charge and discharge.With the promotion and popularity of the electric vehicles,the large-scale disordered charging have much influence to grid power supply capacity,load balancing and power grid tide and quality,etc.So we need to explore new methods of guiding the electric vehicles to charge.The price of charging is consisted of basic electricity charge and service fee.Currently,there is not an unified charge standard for the service fee.Therefore,it is necessary to explore a comprehensive strategy of defining the service fee,guiding the electric vehicles to charge.In order to analyze the characteristics of the load to charge,and make a feasible strategy of defining the service fee,the article studied the types and the distributed characteristics of charging piles.We find the charging load characteristics by studying the characteristics of pure electric buses,pure electric taxis and pure electric cars.Combining the characteristic of power grid load,we can get the conclusion that the charging behavior of electric vehicles can improve the stability and operation of power grid.In this paper,the time factor,location factor and network loss factor are fully considered.Combining these factors on the influence of charging,we generate the strategy of charging service fee.Among them,in order to comprehensively and accurately calculate the impact of charging behavior on the power grid,we take the method of matrix block power flowalgorithm,which can rapidly calculate the impact of charging on the power grid loss and convert it into the service fee.Finally,according to the real operating characteristics of power grid,we make Shanghai nanhui new town as the actual example to analysis.Through the strategy of charging service fee in this paper,we analysis the influence of charging behavior on power grid,before and after steaming electric charge service fee pricing.In the end,it is concluded that the proposed charging fee pricing strategy can effectively guide automobiles to charge and promote the operation of the power grid.
