Problems such as petrochemical energy shortages and environmental pollution are caused by high quality living standards and huge private cars.As a new energy vehicle,electric vehicles have been developed in various countries.However,the stable operation of the power system is threatened by its uncertainty in charging time and space.Therefore,electric vehicles need to be guided by a regulatory means to provide orderly charging.Electric vehicle charging load model establishment and disorderly charging simulation analysis,electric vehicle ordered charging strategy and simulation analysis and residential community electric vehicle ordered charging management system design is studied,which is mainly applied to the negative impact of electric vehicles disorderly charging on the grid.Firstly,the influencing factors of electric vehicle charging load are analyzed.According to the analysis results,the mathematical model is established,and the Monte Carlo simulation method is used to model and simulate the disordered charging of electric vehicles.At the same time,the impact of multiple residential communities accessing large-scale electric vehicle charging on the regional distribution network is considered,and the IEEE33 node model is used as the research object to model.According to simulation analysis,disorderly charging of electric vehicles is not conducive to the stable operation of the grid side of residential communities,and has a greater impact on the power parameters of the regional distribution network;Secondly,a rolling optimization strategy based on multi-objective particle swarm algorithm is adopted.Under the guiding principle of shifting peaks and filling valleys,the goals are the minimum user charging costs and the minimum load variance,and real-time updates are obtained.In order to guide more users to participate in orderly charging,the multi-level arrangement guidance method is introduced on the basis of it.After simulation analysis,the superiority of the orderly charging strategy is further enhanced by the multi-level arrangement guidance method.In addition,in order to verify the applicability of the strategy,the influence of the regional distribution network was analyzed under the guidance of the orderly charging strategy,and the influence range of its power parameters was effectively reduced.Finally,combined with the above-mentioned orderly charging strategy,the orderly charging management system is composed of three parts: the background cluster management system,the charging pile control system and the Android application platform.Based on the establishment of an electric vehicle charging load model,a multi-stage arrangement method is introduced based on the rolling optimization strategy based on multi-target particle group algorithm.This strategy has the effect of shifting peaks and filling valleys for communities,and also has a good effect on the regional distribution network.
