The traditional power transmission method connected directly by wires has many drawbacks.In order to improve the convenience and comfort of power supply,and to transmit power more safely and efficiently,a new type of wireless power transfer mode emerges at the right moment.There are many transmission modes of wireless power transfer,among which the magnetic coupling resonant radio energy transmission mode is favored by many researchers for its high transmission efficiency,long transmission distance and strong anti-migration ability.It has a wide application prospect in the field of small and medium power electronic products.In order to provide a more convenient and comfortable way of wireless power supply,a set of magnetic-coupled resonant wireless power transfer system is designed in this paper,aiming at the phenomenon that there are many electronic products and complicated charging wires in office.A detailed theoretical derivation of the new complex magnetic coupling structure LCC-S topology is carried out,and the correctness of the circuit design is finally proved by experiments.The specific research contents of the study are as follows:Based on the magnetic-coupled resonant wireless power transfer technology and combined with the coupled mode theory and the circuit theory analysis method,this paper summarizes the characteristics and internal laws of the system energy transmission through the analysis and calculation of the circuit system constructed.The circuit model of lcc-s radio energy transmission system is established,and the expression of system output power and transmission efficiency is obtained by circuit analysis method.On the basis of fixing some necessary factors,the influence of transmission distance and load size on system output power and transmission efficiency is emphatically analyzed.Based on the principle of magnetic coupling resonance,an experimental prototype of wireless power transfer device was constructed,with transmission power of 100 W and resonant frequency of 85 kHz.The experimental equipment mainly includes DC power supply module,high frequency inverter module,coupling resonant circuit and high frequency rectifier filter circuit,realizing wireless power transfer.With the coupling,distance and load characteristics of the system are studied experimentally,the theoretical analysis and simulation are verified.
