High-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor plays an important role in modern industrial production and manufacturing,and its application is more and more extensive,especially in high-tech fields such as highspeed CNC machine tools,precision instrument parts processing,aerospace equipment,high-end robot,high-performance medical equipment and so on.Therefore,the study of high speed permanent magnet motor and its high-performance control mode is of great practical significance to the modern industrial development and industrial upgrading and transformation in China.However high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor is a multi-variable,strong coupling nonlinear system,the control system by the motor parameters,load changes,system modeling is not accurate,and many other uncertain factors,which requires research can be used for high speed control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor nonlinear control strategy,so as to improve the control performance.Therefore,this paper focuses on the speed control problem of the high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor control system,as well as the problem of sensorless rotor position and speed observation,in order to obtain the high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor control system has excellent characteristics in accuracy,reliability,stability and robustness,etc.Firstly,in this paper,the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor is studied,the analysis of the three phase stationary coordinates the coupling state between various physical quantities,to the various physical quantities can be decoupled,convenient for motor running state analysis,and introducing the coordinate transformation,and the space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)algorithm,the frame structure of the vector control system are studied;Then according to the actual engineering application study of PI controller design method,and use the results to build high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system,and use the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform building simulation model and simulation experiment,as the foundation of deign and optimization for high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor nonlinear controller.Secondly,aiming at the shortcoming of the traditional PI controller,based on more advanced nonlinear control theory,the sliding mode variable structure control and the immunity control,research and design an improved sliding mode speed controller and the immunity speed controller,and combine the characteristics of the two design the sliding mode-since the immunity speed current compound controller,and build the simulation model,analyses the feasibility of the control strategy is validated.Thirdly,in view of the deficiency of traditional position observer of sliding mode in the control system of high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor,the algorithm and structure are improved,and a simulation experiment platform is set up to analyze and verify the observation effect of the improved sliding mode observer.Finally,the hardware circuit and software control program of the high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor control system are designed and verified by experiment.The experimental results show that the high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor control system,which adopts the sliding model-auto-anti-disturbance velocity current composite controller and the improved sliding mode position observer,has better accuracy,reliability and robustness no matter at low speed or high speed,no load or with load.
