At present,China is vigorously supporting the development of smart homes.However,most of China's smart home systems are difficult to promote due to communication problems and cost issues.This paper proposes an IoT smart home system architecture based on power carrier communication:using self-developed node equipment(collector)as the perception layer,disrtributed in the home,used in conjunction with electrical appliances,dynamically collecting various operational status data of electrical appliances and controlling electrical appliances.So that the system can be put into use without replacing the smart home.The node utilizes the household wire and uses the power carrier technology to communicate with the upper layer,which eliminates the need for rewiring,reduces the cost,and has no shortcomings such as wireless communication being susceptible to interference and short distance.The gateway device,which was invented in this paper,is used as a network layer,managing and controlling nodes through power carriers,collecting data collected by all nodes,and uploading the data to application layer;the background system and the mobile client are used as application layers,the background system stores all gateway data and configuration information,provide data support for clients and gateways,and provide channels for clients to issue control commands to the gateway.The client provides a human-computer interaction interface for real-time remote monitoring of appliances.All parts of the smart home system are arranged in an orderly manner to realize functions such as user management,electrical management,remote monitoring,and scene control.In the research work on smart home systems,this paper proposes a closed-loop control strategy to collect data as feedback,to solve the problem that most systems can only operate the appliance remotely in an open-loop way,and ensure the effectiveness of control operations.This paper also proposes a method of fault diagnosis,which can realize fault diagnosis by analyzing the collected data.A multi-task scheduling method is proposed for gateway,processing and multi-party communication problems.A method for adaptively switching communication modes is proposed.The client can automatically switch the direct connection mode and the external network mode according to the network to improve communication efficiency.A distributed architecture is used to build a background system that supports massive data processing and high concurrent access.The message retransmission mechanism and the Message Queuing Telemetry Transport technology are used for communication between the gateway,the background and the client,which can shorten the communication time and improve the communication reliability.At present,the research in this paper has achieved certain results,and is in the stage of product testing,which will be introduced to the market.
