With the rapid development of high-tech,the attention of countries to military power and the demands of modern weapons are becoming higher and higher.The war has gradually changed from the previous cover-up attack to the precision strike,which not only reduces costs but also improves combat efficiency.The ballistic correction projectile is a kind of guided projectile that has been rapidly developed in recent years.It mainly uses two-dimensional ballistic correction technology to make the projectile intelligent and greatly improve the hit rate of the projectile.Two-dimensional ballistic correction ammunition is also the main goal of national research.According to the two-dimensional ballistic correction principle,this paper firstly designs the steering gear and control system of the projectile fuze,and analyzes the structural design and torque performance of the modified motor that controls the steering gear,and then realizes the rolling angle of the rotating steering gear.Attitude control,designed a horizontal turntable suitable for rotary steering gear,and analyzed the working principle and natural frequency of the turntable,and the force analysis of the steering gear when rotating on the turntable.According to the different speeds of the steering gear,the steering torque of the steering gear is controlled by adjusting the duty ratio of the modified motor.According to the control principle of the rotating steering gear,the method of measuring the rotation angle of the steering gear is determined.The calibration experiment of the rudder blade position and the influence of the resistance torque on the steering gear are carried out.The PWM value is fitted by the experimental data of the modified motor torque and PWM value.It is a function of the rotational torque of the steering gear,and calculates the initial value of the steering torque of the steering gear at different speeds of the missile,and then completes the correction control such as high-speed rotation reduction,low-speed rotation reduction,and fixed-angle stop.The analysis of the steering angle measurement data shows that the control method can realize the steering angle attitude control of the steering gear,and the control angle error is within the reasonable experimental range,achieving good control effect,provide a theoretical basis for real flight control methods.
